| Gannan navel oranges are well-known in China and abroad, and Gannan region is the world’s largest navel orange producing area with concentrated planting area. The navel orange industry has become a pillar industry in Gannan. As a serious disease, citrus yellow dragon disease has a huge impact on the growth of citrus. At present, chemical control of citrus psyllid is an important measure to control citrus yellow dragon disease. As a new type of material,weed-proof cloth is effective in the prevention and control of yellow dragon disease while weeding and pest control. In this paper, the soil of Gannan navel orange was taken as the research object, covered with medicated herbproof cloth, and the potting experiment was designed to study the soil chemical properties, soil biological properties, root growth and leaf mineral nutrition by adjusting the dosage of different herbproof cloths. In the experiment,a total of five treatments were set up:CK(ploughing),T0(covering the herbproof cloth with the active ingredient of thiamethoxam with 0),T1(covering the herbproof cloth with the active ingredient of thiamethoxam with 0.7594 g/m~2),T2(covering the weedproof cloth with the active ingredient of thiamethoxam of 1.1391 g/m~2),and T3concentration weedproof cloth(covering the anti-weeding cloth with the active ingredient of thiamethoxam of 1.1391 g/m~2).This paper aims to clarify the response mechanism of soil chemistry, soil biology, root growth and leaf mineral nutrition to the cultivation of medicated herb cloth mulching,so as to develop a special herbproof cloth for navel orange cultivation, which is of great significance for the sustainable use of soil in navel orange orchards in our province, and the improvement of navel orange fruit quality and the prevention and control of yellow dragon disease. The main findings are as follows:1.With the increase of the mulching time of medicated herb cloth, the cultivation of chemical and herb cloth covering will reduce the p H of the soil and have a certain inhibitory effect on the increase of soil organic matter.Compared with CK plowing, the content of available potassium was increased in cultivation covered with medicated herbproof cloth, and the content of alkaline hydrolyzable nitrogen and available phosphorus was relatively reduced.2.In the early stage, the root vitality of each treatment increased to different degrees, and the root vitality of the weed-proof cloth cover treatment was lower than that of the ploughing treatment. In the later stage, the treatment of adding herbs and herbs was higher than that of ploughing. All treatments showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing, and then increasing, and the overall law showed an"N"shape. The root morphology of the herb-added treatment was better than that of the ploughing treatment, and the T3 treatment had the best effect.3.In the first month of weedproof cloth coverage, the number of bacteria and fungi treated with T0,T1,T2 and T3 was lower than CK.The number of bacteria and fungi treated with weedproof cloth cover was higher than that of CK,while the number of bacteria and fungi treated with T1,T2 and T3 was lower than that of T0 without dosing. The number of actinomycetes was higher than that of CK treatment during the whole cultivation period, and the number of actinomycetes treated with T1,T2 and T3 was lower than that of CK treatment. In the early stage of herbproof cloth mulching cultivation, the activities of urease, phosphatase and sucrase treated by CK were higher than those of weedproof cloth covering, and with the increase of cultivation time of weedproof cloth covering, the soil enzyme activity of anti-herb covering treatment was higher than that of CK treatment, and the activities of phosphatase and sucrase treated with added T1,T2 and T3 were higher than those treated without dosing.4.The treatment of grassproof cloth was conducive to the accumulation of a large number of mineral elements such as nitrogen, potassium, calcium and magnesium and trace mineral elements such as manganese, iron, copper and zinc in leaves, among which T3treatment had a good effect. |
