Astragalus mongholicus is a member of the perennial plant family.In this paper,the effects of different environmental factors,germination methods and cultivation conditions on the growth of Astragalus mongholicus seeds were studied.The aim is to provide some references for improving germination rate and emergence rate of Astragalus mongholicus seeds and selecting cultivation methods.The results of this study are as follows:The germination experiment of Astragalus mongholicus seeds was carried out by various environmental factors and treatments : The germination rate of Astragalus mongholicus seeds was the highest under the conditions of 25℃,12 hours light,3000 lux light intensity and 12 hours water immersion before sowing.If we want to improve the germination vigor of Astragalus mongholicus seeds.The light duration of the seeds can be extended appropriately.At the same time,Astragalus mongholicus should be planted with the length greater than 3mm,width greater than 2.5 mm,dark brown,full and coarse grain.Through a variety of medicinal seeds of Astragalus mongholicus seeds germination,the study concluded:Various methods have good effects on improving the germination rate of seeds.For example,9%sodium hypochlorite solution,0.1mol/L sodium hydroxide solution,0.15mol/L hydrochloric acid solution,200mg/L gibberellic acid solution,40 mg/L ethylene solution,10% hydrogen peroxide solution.Among them,40mg/L ethylene solution treatment had the highest germination rate(90.7%).In terms of survival,9% sodium hypochlorite solution,0.1mol/L sodium hydroxide solution,0.15mol/L hydrochloric acid solution,200mg/L gibberellic acid solution and 10% hydrogen peroxide solution all promoted the seed of Astragalus mongholicus.Sodium hypochlorite had the highest survival rate(78.3%).Treatment of Astragalus mongholicus seeds with naphthylacetic acid is harmful to seed germination and may even affect the breeding process.Under better light and temperature conditions.Astragalus mongholicus can grow better.Light and temperature promote photosynthesis and speed up growth,but they also speed up water loss.In a shaded environment,growth can be slow,but it also retains moisture and reduces loss.In the early sowing stage of Astragalus mongholicus in MayJune.There were no significant differences in plant height,root thickness and root weight in both full-day and shaded conditions.In July,the growth of Astragalus mongholicus showed a trend of slowing down under full sunlight condition,while the growth of Astragalus mongholicus under shade condition was stronger than that under full sunlight condition.The proportion of dry root weight to fresh root weight of seedlings grown in shade was much higher than that of seedlings grown in full sunlight.
