Gray mold and leek maggots are important pests and diseases of leeks,which directly affect the yield and quality of leeks.Chemical agents are an important way to prevent and control leek gray mold,but it is easy to lead to pesticide residues exceeding standards and environmental pollution.Hydroponic planting can fundamentally prevent the occurrence of leek maggot diseases.In this paper,the effects of different concentrations of slightly acidic electrolyzed water on the germination of leek seeds,the effects on the growth and quality of leeks in hydroponic facilities,the effects on the growth and reproduction of leek gray mold pathogens,the effects on the control effect of greenhouse planting of leek gray mold,and the effect on the effect of storage and preservation of leeks after harvesting are studied,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the green production of leeks and the extension of the shelf life of leeks.The results are as follows:(1)In the test experiment of the effect of slightly acidic electrolyzed water with different actual effective concentrations on the germination of leek seeds,four slightly acidic electrolyzed water with different actual effective concentrations of 10,30,50 and70 mg·L-1were set up to comprehensively treat leek seeds.The final results showed that when the effective concentration of slightly acidic electrolyzed water was 50 mg·L-1,the germination ratio,germination potential and germination coefficient of leek seeds were all ahead of CK and other comprehensive treatment groups,The percentage of germination was 18%higher than CK group.(2)In the test experiment of the effect of slightly acidic electrolyzed water with different actual effective concentrations on the growth and comprehensive quality of hydroponic Chinese chives,four slightly acidic electrolyzed water with different actual effective concentrations of 10,30,50,and 70 mg·L-1were set up to disinfect and sterilize the nutrient solution on schedule.The nutrient solution formula was Hoagland nutrient solution formula with semi actual effective concentration.The final results showed that each reference index of Chinese chives did not produce adverse reactions and interference,and at the same time,it could promote the growth of Chinese chives at a certain actual effective concentration.The safe actual effective concentration range of its disinfection and sterilization was 30~50 mg·L-1.(3)In the test experiment of the effect of slightly acidic electrolyzed water with different actual effective concentrations on leek gray mold,four slightly acidic electrolyzed water with different actual effective concentrations of 10,30,50,and 70mg·L-1were set up to conduct comprehensive disposal research on leek gray mold pathogens.Among them,the slightly acidic electrolyzed water with effective concentration of 50,70 mg·L-1had the best actual situation in controlling gray mold pathogens;Four different effective concentrations of 10,30,50 and 70 mg·L-1were set up.Electrolytic water was sprayed on leeks in greenhouse after inoculation of Botrytis cinerea and before and after inoculation of Botrytis cinerea.The final results of the test experiment were the same as those of the strain containment test conducted by the laboratory,At the same time,the actual situation of the comprehensive treatment group that sprayed electrolytic water before and after inoculation of Botrytis cinerea pathogen was better than that of the comprehensive treatment group that sprayed electrolytic water after inoculation of Botrytis cinerea.Through the comprehensive treatment and research and analysis of the previous test data information,70 mg·L-1slightly acidic electrolyzed water will reduce some of the growth reference indicators of Chinese chives.Considering the influencing factors such as the safe use of the scope of action,the effective concentration of 50 mg·L-1slightly acidic electrolyzed water is selected for the greenhouse planting protection and comprehensive control of Chinese chives gray mold.(4)In the test experiment of the effect of slightly acidic electrolyzed water on the preservation of Chinese chives,the effective concentration of 50 mg·L-1slightly acidic electrolyzed water was selected through the analysis of previous test experiments,and five different action times of 30 min,1 h,1.5 h,2 h,and 3 h were set up to conduct a comprehensive treatment study on the picked Chinese chives.The final results showed that:the effective concentration of slightly acidic electrolyzed water was 50mg·L-1,after comprehensively treating Chinese chives for 3 h,The effect of fresh storage is the best.
