| In this experiment,Pisum sativum L.was used as the test material to study the effect of slightly acidic electrolyzed water(SAEW)with different concentrations on pea seed germination and pea sprout growth.The pea sprouts grow and improve the nutritional quality of pea sprouts and the SAEW concentration of enzymatic activity.Based on the research of SAEW regulating the growth of pea sprouts,combined with LED light environment regulation technology,this study screened out the most suitable light treatment for the growth of pea sprouts,and finally provided a theoretical basis for the increase of yield and quality of pea sprouts.1.Effects of different concentrations of SAEW on the germination and growth of pea seeds(1)Taking tap water as the control,80 mg/L SAEW can significantly promote the germination of pea seeds,and increase the germination rate,germination rate,germination potential,vitality index and germination index of pea seeds by 18.75%,8.33%,5.65%,25.19%and 10.62%respectively.(2)Taking tap water as the control,80 mg/L SAEW can significantly promote the growth of pea sprouts.The height,stem diameter,fresh weight and dry weight of pea sprouts were increased by 10.68%,24.49%,18.42%and 20.51%respectively.The test results showed that the concentration of 80 mg/L SAEW treatment can significantly promote the germination of pea seeds and the growth of pea sprouts.2.Effects of SAEW on nutritional quality and enzyme activity of pea sprouts(1)Taking tap water as the control,the soluble protein,soluble sugar,vitamin C,total flavonoids,and total phenols of pea sprouts treated with SAEW increased by4.56%,7.75%,13.59%,13.81%,11.54%,respectively.Chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b.Carotenoids increased by 61.56%,80.97%and 18.40%respectively.The results showed that SAEW can improve the quality of pea sprouts.(2)Taking tap water as the control,POD,APX,GR,GSH,O2·of pea sprouts treated with SAEW increased by 11.17%,44.61%,46.71%,29.12%,23.72%,respectively;SOD,MDA,H2O2decreased by 9.02%%,34.99%,6.34%.The results showed that SAEW can improve the antioxidant capacity of pea sprouts and slow down the aging speed of pea sprouts.3.Effects of different light treatments on the growth and nutritional quality of pea sprouts(1)The pure blue light treatment(B)was used as the control,and on this basis,ultraviolet light(UV-A),green light(G),red light(R),and far-red light(Fr)were added respectively.Compared with control group B,the stem diameter,fresh weight and dry weight of pea sprouts under R+B treatment were significantly increased by17.69%,4.97%and 7.59%respectively.The results showed that R+B treatment could improve the seedling index of pea sprouts.(2)Taking the blue light treatment(B)as the control,the soluble protein and soluble sugar of pea sprouts under the R+B treatment were significantly increased by6.02%and 70%,respectively;the total flavonoids and total phenolic contents were the highest under the B treatment.The results showed that R+B treatment and B treatment had the best effect on promoting the growth and quality of pea sprouts. |
