| Farmland residue film is the main source of white pollution.In the recovery and utilization of residue film,impurities such as residue,stubble and fiber mixture account for about 70% of the residue film recovery.How to separate the residue film from the residue and fiber mixture has always been bottleneck perplexing the recovery,processing and reuse of residue film.This paper explores the feasibility of solving the difficult separation of membrane stalk soil mixture in the recovery mixture of residue film in cotton field through the composite technology system of insect and decomposing fungus,so as to improve the resource utilization rate of residue film in cotton field.In this paper,the efficient separation methods of residual film,instar larvae,dung-sand and impurities after feeding were discussed,in order to improve the separation effect of residual film.The main results are as follows:1.Through the three factor and five level orthogonal experiment of bacterial agent,cow dung ratio and fermentation days,it is concluded that the best fermentation scheme is to add VT bacterial agent,40% cow dung and ferment for 25 days.The verification experiment of the optimal combination shows that all the data are better than the control(the residual film recovery mixture in pure cotton field is fermented without fungus for 25 days),which proves the feasibility of the optimal technical parameters.Among them,weight gain was 26.04 g,feed intake was 236.44 g,insect conversion rate was 61.50%,insect manure conversion rate was 92.22%,insect manure harvest coefficient was 63.42%,organic matter utilization rate was 71.93%,residue film harvest coefficient was 39.21%2.Under the best fermentation scheme,with a feed thickness of 10 cm and insect feed ratio of 1:20,P.brevitarsis larvae showed the best state of material feeding and separation from the mixture.That is,the crushed mixture was fermented for 25 days after adding 40% cow dung and VT bacterial agent,and the best scheme for separating the mixture from cotton field residue membrane and recovering the mixture was to feed on P.brevitarsis with the insect feed ratio of 1:20 and the feed thickness of 10 cm.3.In the relevant experiments of separation,compared with manual separation,the separation method of vibration + air separation is used for separation.The separation time is 25.67 minutes,which is far lower than 63.7 minutes of manual separation.The purity rates of residue film separation and insect sand separation are 91.71% and 93.39% respectively,slightly lower than 97.17% and 98.17% of manual separation,The separation mode of vibration + air separation is the best separation mode.After each parameter is implemented according to the best scheme,the following results can be obtained:After the addition of adjuvants per 100 kg of residual film recovery mixture,32.58 residual film,61.12 kg of insect sand,24.07 kg of residue and 1.94 kg of insect weight were obtained after transformation and separation. |
