Study On Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Marine Ranching Development In Yantai City

Marine ranching is an important means for the development of Marine fishery at the present stage and in the future.It provides an important plan to solve the problems of Marine ecological environment deterioration and fishery resource depletion and promote the sustainable development of Marine economy.In recent years,Marine ranching has developed rapidly,and Japan,South Korea and other fishing countries have provided a beneficial reference.Liaoning,Shandong and other coastal provinces have carried out a series of beneficial exploration and practice,and the economic and social benefits have been recognized by the society from all walks of life.However,the development of Marine ranching in China is still in the primary stage.There are many shortcomings in the development of Marine ranches in Yantai,such as small scale and blind pursuit of the number of artificial reefs.It is urgent to study the factors affecting the development of Marine ranches and provide help for their long-term development.From sea ranch research current situation,research content are mainly concentrated in oceanic ranch connotation interpretation,the location of the oceanic ranch,artificial seafood seedling,such as natural science,the analysis of the affecting factors on the Marine pasture developing evaluation is less,so the factors influencing the evaluation project integration and sea ranch,effectively expand the research field,guide the pasture development to a certain extent.Based on the literature review at home and abroad,this paper clarified the connotation,structure and function of Marine ranching through case studies,and systematically summarized the theories related to Marine ranching.On the basis of interviews,surveys and literature review,the influencing factors of Marine ranching development in Yantai were accurately identified,and a hierarchical analysis model was constructed for evaluation and analysis to explore the influence of various factors on the development of Marine ranching.The research found that the industrialization level,legal guarantee and capital guarantee had a high weight.It reflects that economic factors are still the key factors for the development of Marine ranches in Yantai City,and the scientific research level and talent support occupy a small weight.It also reflects the reality that the development of Marine yield per mu pays more attention to economy than scientific research.According to the results,the paper puts forward the shortage of the oceanic ranch with yantai,in turn,draw lessons from domestic and foreign advanced experience of the construction of the oceanic ranch,advances some corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the development of yantai sea ranch,is a perfect policy environment,perfect the system of laws and regulations and broaden the financing channels,strengthen financial support policies,increase policy support capability.Second,to strengthen the integration of factors,we need to strengthen the support of science and technology and human resources,and optimize the allocation of sea resources to improve the level of industrialization.Third,the government should give full play to the guidance,strengthen the top-level planning and design of Marine ranches and infrastructure construction,set up special institutions for management,and guide the general public to actively participate in the construction of Marine ranches,so as to provide reference for further promoting the development of Marine ranches in Yantai.
