| This paper takes Luoxi State-owned Forest Farm in Dongkou County as the research object,through collecting the relevant data of forest farm ecology,economy and society,and taking the evaluation system of forest sustainable management at home and abroad as a reference,constructs a set of evaluation system with high credibility and strong representativeness,and evaluates the sustainable development status of forest farm by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)according to the system.Finally,based on the evaluation results,some suggestions are put forward to promote the sustainable development of forest farm.The results are as follows:(1)The distribution and characteristics of resources in the state-owned forest farm of Luoxi:The average storage volume in the tree forest of the farm is 117.5 m3/ha,with a relatively high storage volume per unit area;The proportion of over mature forests is as high as 35.4%,and the age class structure is unreasonable;In tree forests,pure forests account for a significant proportion,accounting for 92.7%of the total area of tree forests,while mixed forests have a small proportion and a single tree species structure,resulting in poor stability of forest ecosystems;The overall education level of employees is relatively low,mainly consisting of high school and vocational school,accounting for 56.3%,and there is a shortage of high-tech talents;The coverage rate of communication facilities,mechanical facilities,monitoring coverage rate,fire prevention funds,forest road network coverage rate,and forest road network qualification rate are respectively 25%,45%,60%,61%,25%,and 20%lower than the design standards of the business plan.The infrastructure is relatively lagging,seriously limiting the sustainable operation of the forest farm.(2)Evaluation on Sustainable Management of Luoxi State-owned Forest Farm.According to the distribution and characteristics of resources in Luoxi state-owned forest farm,three system layers of ecological sustainability,economic sustainability and social sustainability were constructed.After the system layer,8 state layers and 30 variable layers are constructed hierarchically.The system layer index weight obtained by expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process is:The ecological sustainability index is 0.605,the economic sustainability index is 0.245,and the social sustainability index is 0.150.Based on the evaluation system,the ecological sustainability index value of Luoxi state-owned forest farm is 0.803,the economic sustainability index value is 0.691,the social sustainability index value is 0.584,and the comprehensive evaluation index value of sustainable development is 0.733,which is in a weak sustainable state.In order to achieve the goal of sustainable development of forest farms,the following measures need to be taken:Improving tree species structure,optimizing age group distribution,strengthening staff training and increasing economic income components will help to improve the sustainable development level of forest farms.(3)Sustainable management countermeasures:design forest management plans according to needs to improve species diversity of forest farms;Design a reasonable age group structure and improve the age group proportion through rotation cutting;Construct key projects for forest cultivation,strictly seal off and cultivate public welfare forests that account for 71.28%of the total forest area,and manage them in a close proximity to nature;In response to the problem of mixed forests accounting for only 7.35%of the area of tree forests,it is necessary to establish reasonable goals for forest development through reasonable planting to ensure the diversity of forest tree species structure;To address the issue of weak technological development,it is necessary to carry out forestry research and technology promotion,improve forestry production efficiency,and promote forest health and ecosystem balance;In response to the issue of 56.3%of employees with high school or above education and low infrastructure coverage,it is necessary to strengthen cooperation with government departments and research institutions,introduce high-tech talents,and improve the level of forestry production;... |
