Research On Characteristics Of Forest Resources And Countermeasures Of State-owned Charsen Mechanical Forest Farm

This thesis on the state-owned forest resources survey data,from 2016 to 2020 forest update data,field survey data and forest management status,based on the forest of forest resources characteristics,dynamic change and management status,concluded that the characteristics of forest resources and problems existing in the sustainable management,and put forward the forest sustainable management countermeasures,the main conclusions are as follows:1.Characteristics of forest resources:(1)the forest land area is 20945.15 hm 2,among which the forest land area is 13874.58 hm 2,accounting for 66.24%.(2)the shelterbelt is dominant.According to the functional structure,shelterbelt,economic forest and timber forest are divided,among which,the shelterbelt area accounts for 90.15% of the total area.(3)The distribution of natural forests is relatively concentrated.The total area of the four natural forests accounted for 83.45% of the total area.(4)Single species of commercial forest and forest.Commodity forest material forest is general material forest,economic forest is fruit tree forest.(5)Inadequate forest land management.The proportion of tree-free woodland and suitable woodland in forest land reached 13.64%and 3.09%.From 2015 to 2020,tree-free woodland did not change,and suitable forest land decreased 14.1hm2.(6)Unreasonable structure of tree species and age group.The area of pure forest is 6095.42hm2,accounting for 97.48%,and young forest is 78.83%.(7)The proportion of the more complete community structure in the woodland forest structure reached 79.5%.(8)The vegetation cover area of 70% is 2739.9hm2,accounting for 84.36% of the whole shrub land.(9)The area of forest ecological function grade is12559.35hm2,accounting for 92.32%.(10)The proportion of the area of suitable forest land and unstanding forest land is 51.03% and 86.53% of suitable forest land and unstanding forest land respectively.2.The analysis of human resources of forest farm and forest resources management and protection shows that there are some problems in the sustainable forest management ability of grass-roots team,great pressure of forest resources protection pressure,lagging forest management technology,poor management effect of collective ownership forest land and the traditional management concept.3.According to the characteristics of forest resources,the problems existing in sustainable management and regional social,economic,historical,geographical conditions,put forward scientific forest management plan,accurate implementation of forest cultivation goals,strengthen the protection of forest resources,strengthen the management capacity construction,explore new forestry industry new forms,accelerate the deepening of "forest system",accelerate the implementation of forest certification activities such as forest sustainable management countermeasures.
