Study On The Impact Of Hog Price Fluctuation On Enterprise Performance Under The Integrated Industry Chain Mode

As a basic industry in China,pig breeding plays an irreplaceable role in people’s daily life.As the carrier of the industry,the operation mode and operation status of pig breeding enterprises directly affect the development of the whole industry.At present,the state has launched relevant industrial policies to encourage enterprises to innovate and develop.Many enterprises have begun to expand their production scale and business based on policy dividends.Among them,the integrated industrial chain business model stands out because of its specific advantages and has become an important strategic measure for the development of many enterprises.Based on this,this thesis will explore the specific impact of pig price fluctuation on enterprise performance under the integrated industrial chain mode,compare it with the conventional business model,and further discuss the particularity of the integrated industrial chain business model.This thesis selects Muyuan Co.,Ltd with integrated industrial chain model as the research object,and WENS CO.,LTD with the same scale but without integrated industrial chain model as the comparison enterprise.Firstly,collect the domestic and foreign literature related to this topic and sort out the existing research results.Secondly,obtain the price fluctuation trend of newborn pigs by sorting out the data published on relevant websites.Collect and sort out the financial indicators of the two enterprises(main business income,main business cost,gross profit margin and return on net assets)according to the company’s annual report,and construct a trend comparison chart affected by the price,The financial performance of the two enterprises affected by the fluctuation of pig price under different business models is obtained,and then the regression equation is obtained by using the linear fitting method.Taking the regression parameter(slope)as the evaluation element,the financial performance of the two enterprises is analyzed and evaluated respectively.Finally,based on the above research conclusions and combined with the development status of enterprises,this thesis puts forward relevant suggestions and Enlightenment to further improve the integrated industrial chain model and the future development of enterprises.
