| In recent years,with the shortage of labor,rising costs,the systematic promotion of mechanical cotton picking technology and the support of relevant national policies,cotton planting areas have accumulated a large demand for cotton picking machinery.Cotton picking machine manufacturers have continued to improve the competitiveness of their cotton picking machine products in order to meet the needs of their customers.The production of a cotton picker requires thousands of components,and most of the components and raw materials are purchased from outside,which makes cotton picker enterprises highly dependent on suppliers.The quality of suppliers directly affects the quality of the whole cotton picker,which will also affect the market competitiveness and industry status of cotton picker manufacturers.Therefore,it is very important for cotton picker manufacturers to evaluate suppliers systematically and scientifically and establish long-term and stable cooperative relationship with them.Firstly,this paper analyzes the research status of cotton picker selection and supplier evaluation at home and abroad,expounds the necessity of supplier evaluation research in cotton picker manufacturing enterprises,and specifically introduces the Entropy method,TOPSIS method,Grey relational analysis method,AHP method,VIKOR method and theories related to supply chain and supplier management.Then,the performance characteristics of six-row cotton pickers widely used in XPCC are introduced,the evaluation index system of cotton pickers selection is established,the weight of each index is calculated by using the method of multi-attribute decision-making and entropy weight,combined with GRA method and TOPSIS method,the closeness of the models is reflected in two-dimensional space from the similarity of data curves and the positional relationship.According to the closeness,10 six-row cotton pickers are comprehensively sorted as follows:G4>G5>G8>G6>G3>G1>G2>G9>G10>G7,the BOSHIRAN 4MZ-6B is the closest to the best ideal model,which is most suitable for farmers to buy.Finally,the evaluation process,evaluation system and evaluation methods of cotton picker components suppliers in Company A where BOSHIRAN 4MZ-6B belongs are analyzed to find out the existing problems.Taking the spindle,the key component of cotton picker which is frequently replaced and in great demand,as the research object,an evaluation index system of spindle suppliers is established.Then,based on the AHP-Entropy weight-VIKOR model,the spindle picking supplier is evaluated and selected.The evaluation results show that Company A can choose to cooperate with supplier Y1,or with suppliers Y1and Y2.The example analysis verifies the practicability and rationality of this model.The evaluation index system and evaluation model established in this paper can provide reference for suppliers evaluation of other manufacturing enterprises. |
