| The new shoots of"Tieguanyin"tea in spring, summer and autumn as experimental materials, the relationship between the meteorological factors(average daily rainfall, average relative humidity, effective accumulated temperature, maximum air temperature, minimum air temperature, average air temperature,10cm soil temperature, photosynthetic irradiance),soil factors(p H,organic matter, total phosphorus, total potassium, total nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium, available nitrogen)and the shoot growth and tea quality of"Tieguanyin"were systematically studied by partial least square regression and linear programming,to explore the key ecological factors affecting the growth of Tieguanyin tea and the content of biochemical components in tea quality, and then form the optimization scheme of ecological factors to provide theoretical basis for tea planting technology in outdoor,micro-climate adjustment and indoor tea planting technology. The main results are as follows:1.Daily average rainfall, lowest temperature and photosynthetic irradiance were the key meteorological factors affecting the shoot growth of"Tieguanyin"teaThe overall growth of new shoots(shoot length, internode length and leaf area)of Tieguanyin tea was mainly negatively affected by minimum temperature in spring.Average rainfall had positive effects on shoot length and leaf area in spring and autumn.Photosynthetic irradiance and minimum temperature in summer and autumn had positive effects on new shoot length and leaf area, respectively. Therefore,in spring and autumn harvested in Anxi Tieguanyin, abundant rainfall can promote the growth of new shoots of tea trees, while the relatively low temperature and appropriate photosynthetic irradiance in autumn are conducive to the overall growth of new shoot length, internode length and leaf area of Tieguanyin tea, thus improving the tea yield.2.Effects of soil p H,total nitrogen, and available phosphorus on new shoots growth of"Tieguanyin"tea plantIn spring, summer and autumn,p H and total potassium were the dominant factor, total nitrogen was the dominant factor, available phosphorus was the dominant factor, and available phosphorus was the dominant factor. Therefore, moderately increasing soil p H could promote shoot length elongation, moderately increasing soil total nitrogen content could promote internode length elongation, moderately decreasing soil available phosphorus content could promote leaf erea expansion of"Tieguanyin"tea.3.Daily average rainfall, soil temperature and photosynthetic irradiance were the key meteorological factors affecting the quality of"Tieguanyin"tea. The polyphenol content of fresh tea of Tieguanyin was negatively affected by average rainfall in spring and summer, and positively affected by photosynthetically active radiation in summer and autumn. The total amount of free amino acids and soluble sugar were positively affected by daily precipitation in spring and autumn. The contents of caffeine were positively affected by photosynthetic irradiance throughout the year. The lowest temperature in spring and autumn have an important influence on the content of tea polyphenols, caffeine, water extract and total soluble sugar. Therefore, moderate increase of ground temperature is beneficial to increase the caffeine content of tieguanyin tea.Less rainfall in spring and summer、stronger photosynthetic irradiance in autumn were conducive to the accumulation of polyphenol content of Tieguanyin fresh leaf, and the increase of rainfall in spring and autumn was conducive to the increase of total free amino acid and total soluble sugar.4.The biochemical components content of"Tieguanyin"tea leaf were affected by the contents of available nitrogen, organic matter and available potassium.Available potassium and available nitrogen were the key soil factors affecting the content of polyphenols, total free amino acids and caffeine, while organic matter was the key soil factor affecting the content of water extract in spring, summer and autumn, playing a consistent positive role.Respectively flavonoid compounds were positively promoted by the content of available nitrogen, organic matter and available potassium. The content of tea polyphenols was positively affected by total potassium and negatively affected by available nitrogen. The total amount of free amino acids was positively affected by available potassium. Therefore, appropriately increasing the contents of total K,available K and organic matter in soil is conducive to promoting the increase of polyphenol content, total free amino acid content, water extract content and flavonoids content of fresh tea. Therefore, the increase content of total potassium, available potassium and organic matter in the soil could promote the content of polyphenols, total amino acids and water extracts.5.Optimization of ecological factors affecting the growth of"Tieguanyin"tea plant and the content of biochemical components of tea qualityBased on the LINGO linear programming method, the ecological factor optimization scheme of tea plant growth andbiochemical component content of tea quality was solved:daily rainfall was4.39~9.78mm,average relative humidity was 81.32~96.34%,effective accumulated temperature was 220~783℃,maximum temperature was26.9~30.3℃,minimum temperature was-3.6~20.7℃.The mean temperature was 12.72~25.53℃,10 cm soil temperature was14.36~23.13℃,daily photosynthetic irradiance was 3828~9396μmol·m-2·s-1,p H was 4.0~5.5,organic matter content was 2.51~3.9%,total phosphorus content was 0.38~0.83 g·kg-1,total potassium was42.42~66.7 g·kg-1,total nitrogen was 1.06~2.43 g·kg-1,available phosphorus was 55.57~255.2 mg·kg-1,available potassium was245.89~476.28 mg·kg-1,available nitrogen was 67.16~173.12 mg·kg-1.Creating the above growth conditions to"Tieguanyin"tea palnt will be conducive to the growth of tea shoot and the biochemical components content of tea quality. |
