Effects Of Different Regions,Harvest Time And Retention Height On The Quality Of Whole Corn Silage In Northeast China

The quality of whole corn silage materials was analyzed in five different latitudes of northeast China with different harvest time and stubble height,in order to provide theoretical basis for the pasture in northeast China to harvest a good silage and control the optimal harvest time and stubble height.From September 1,2021 to September 30,2021,the whole corn plants in Shenyang,Tongliao,Changchun,Harbin and Beian were harvested every five days and treated with stubble height of 20 cm,40cm and60 cm.The optimal harvest time and stubble height of corn silage materials in different areas were analyzed by nutrient index analysis and emetic toxin determination.The regression equation was used to analyze the changes of raw material quality and emetic toxin in different regions,and the nutritional quality,emetic toxin and utilization rate of raw materials were considered comprehensively.The results showed that:(1)The nutrient quality of whole corn silage in different latitudes of Northeast China showed a trend of gradual increase in DM,CP,starch and DON contents,and a trend of decrease in ADF and NDF contents with the extension of harvest time and the increase of stubble height.(2)The best harvest time of whole corn silage material in Shenyang area was from September 10 to September 16,and the stubble height was 60 cm.The best harvest time of whole corn silage material in Tongliao area was from September 16 to September 23,and the stubble height was60 cm.The best harvest time of whole corn silage material in Changchun area was from September10 to September 16,and the stubble height was 60 cm.The best harvest time of whole corn silage material in Harbin area was from September 21 to September 27,and the stubble height was 60 cm.The best harvest time of whole corn silage material in Bei ’an area was from September 2,and the stubble height was60 cm.
