| The cultivation technology of film mulching has the advantages of moisture conservation and fertilizer,the effects of water saving and drought resistance and weed growth have significant effect on crop yield improvement and shortening of growth period,but with the large-scale popularization of the technology,a large amount of plastic film is not effectively recycled after crop harvesting,and it remains in the soil for years,which causes the arable land to be seriously " White pollution ",not only on the local ecological environment,soil structure and crop growth caused great damage,but also affected the mechanization of farmland operations and sustainable production.China has made a lot of efforts to solve the problem of membrane fouling,a variety of waste film recovery equipment has been developed,but the residual film recovery machines are basically for small fine root crops such as cotton and vegetables and other vine crops,and corn because of its root stubble larger,root complex and plastic film winding together,plastic film recovery work is very difficult,for corn,The study on the waste film recovery of the big root crop of tobacco is deficient.In view of the above,this paper takes corn as the research object to carry out the research on the key technology of plastic film recovery of large root crop.The paper puts forward the step-by-step work idea of the first stubble and the recovery of the plastic film,and designs the cutting device of the hob,which can realize the pulling up of corn root stubble and the work of plastic film.The main tasks of the thesis are:(1)On the basis of reference to the current research situation of plastic film recovery equipment at home and abroad,through the investigation of maize planting in Xinjiang,a large number of references to the relevant fields of research literature,the determination of the silage corn from the beginning of the crop out of the membrane device design,and put forward to the hob The following supporting institutions refer to the more mature telescopic rod-Film roller in the field of film-mulching in cotton fields,improve the film-collecting condition of corn,and use Solidworks software to carry out three-dimensional modeling and virtual assembly of the mechanism.(2)The key influencing factors(the physical characteristics of the stubble and the mechanical properties of the film)were studied in the paper.The mechanical properties of the maximum tensile and elongation of the film during the harvesting period of silage corn were studied and the physical morphological characteristics and the average membrane-wrapping amount of the stubble in the field after corn harvest were obtained.,it provides a reference for the setting of working parameters and the structure design of the recovery device in the process of working out the film.(3)The kinematics and dynamics theory of hob device is studied,according to the planting mode of silage corn,the distribution mode of hobbing cutter is adjusted,the basic structure parameters of hob are determined,and the movement law of the hobbing Cutter is analyzed based on MATLAB,and the computer simulation analysis of the cropping out film device is carried out.Using ANSYS Workbench software to carry on statics analysis,the static mechanics obtains the maximum stress point appears in the hob seat and the knife shaft connection place,the equivalent stress maximum value is 156 MPa,the frame beam Place also has the bigger stress value,but all satisfies the material strength request,the mechanism design is reasonable.(4)Processing and design of the hob-type starting out of the film device,and carried on the test equipment on the field test,using design expert box-benhnken combination test method to arrange the test,to verify the operating performance of the cropping out of the membrane device,the results show that: the test equipment in the field operation,The optimal working parameters of the hob-type starting and cutting equipment are as follows: Hob in depth 18.5mm,the speed of 4.57 km/h,hob cutter shaft speed 906.43r/min;Software analysis predicts that the pick up rate of residual film can reach 85.93%,and the stubble rate reaches 84.28%.In the field experiment,the recovery rate of the residual film was 84.62%,the stubble rate was 88.25%,the relative error between the test value and the predicted value was less than 4%,and the designed device was able to finish the work of silage corn.The study can provide a reference for the design of the residual membrane recovery of the large root crop,such as silage corn,and has a certain effect on the recovery of corn film. |
