| To investigate the effects of pineapple enzyme on growth performance,immune function and intestinal morphology of white-feathered broilers under heat stress,105one-day-old healthy white-feathered broilers with consistent body condition were randomly divided into 3 treatments with 5 replicates per treatment and 7 broilers per replicate.The control group was fed basal diet and normal drinking water at(35±1)℃.On the basis of control group,test group I was supplemented with 0.1% pineapple enzyme in drinking water.On the basis of the control group,test group II was supplemented with 0.2% pineapple enzyme in drinking water.The experiment lasted for 42 d.The results showed as follows:under heat stress,compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake(ADFI),average daily gain(ADG)and feed/gain(F/G)of white feathered broilers were not significantly affected by test group(Ⅰ P>0.05);There were no significant differences in the apparent digestibility of crude protein(CP),Ash(Ash)and crude fiber(CF)of white broilers(P>0.05).The contents of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),blood glucose(GLU),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),glutamico-oxalacetic transaminase(AST),serum total bilirubin(T-Bil),total protein(TP),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),UREA(UREA),albumin(ALB),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and so on in serum of white broilers were studied There were no significant effects on the indexes(P>0.05).However,group significantly increased the Ⅰcontents of immunoglobulin A(Ig A),immunoglobulin G(Ig G)and immunoglobulin M(Ig M)in serum of white feathered broilers(P<0.01),and improved the apparent digestibility of crude fat(EE)of white feathered broilers(P<0.05).During 1-28 days,compared with the control group,the contents of total antioxidant capacity(a-TOC)and catalase(CAT)in serum of white feather broilers in test group were Ⅱsignificantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in serum was significantly decreased(P<0.05).From 28 to 42 days,compared with the control group,the serum T-AOC,superoxide dismutase(SOD)and CAT in test Ⅱgroup were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum MDA content was extremely significantly decreased(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between test group and other groups.During the whole experiment period(1-42d),compared with other groups,the contents of T-AOC,SOD and CAT in jejunum and ileum of white feather broilers in test Ⅱgroup were significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the contents of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in jejunum and ileum of white feather broilers in test Aln and Aln groups were significantly increased(P<0.01).The content of MDA in jejunum and ileum was significantly decreased(P<0.01),and the effect of Ⅱgroup was significantly better than that of other groups.The results showed as follows: test Ⅱgroup significantly increased the activities of amylase and lipase in jejunum of white feathered broilers(P<0.01),and significantly increased the activity of sucrase in jejunum of white feathered broilers(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the activities of amylase,lipase,trypsin and sucrase in ileum of white feathered broilers were not significantly affected by experiment and supplemented group Ⅰ(P>0.05),but the activities of lactase and maltase in ileum of white feathered broilers were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,pineapple enzyme could reduce the rectal temperature of white broilers,and the effect of group was significantly Ⅱbetter than that of the test group(P<0.01).The results showed that compared with the control group,the crypt depth(CD)of jejunum and ileum of broilers was not significantly affected by trial and PA group(Ⅰ P>0.05).The villus height(VH)and VH/CD of jejunum and ileum of white broilers in group were significantly increased(Ⅱ P<0.05).according to the above,the heat stress condition,the oxidation resistance of white chicken pineapple enzyme,the immune function and improve animal gut health effect is remarkable,to add 0.2% water level of the pineapple enzyme effect is best. |
