| With the rapid development of Internet of Things technology and the country’s agricultural informatization,agriculture has put forward higher requirements for food storage security.The traditional grain situation monitoring system has some problems such as complex bus wiring and high cost of system construction,which leads to the lack of suitable grain situation monitoring system in some small and medium-sized granaries and individual granaries in China.In this regard,this paper designed a set of grain situation monitoring system which combined sensor technology,communication technology,Internet technology and other technical means.The system is divided into three parts: data monitoring,wireless communication and remote monitoring.In the data monitoring part,STM32F103C8T6 minimum system is selected as the main control module,and DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor and SGP30 gas sensor are used to collect the temperature,humidity and carbon dioxide concentration of the internal environment of the granary.In the wireless communication part,BC28 NB-Io T communication module is used to upload the monitoring data from the sensor to the main control module to the Aliyun Io T platform.In the remote monitoring part,Aliyun Io T platform is used for data display,data monitoring alarm and other functions,and a data visualization monitoring page is designed to realize the remote control of on-site equipment by using the monitoring page.At the same time,monitoring data is uploaded to RDS My SQL cloud database for cloud storage to ensure data security.The fuzzy PID control algorithm based on lag time attenuator is adopted in this system to solve the nonlinear and hysteretic problems in temperature control of granary.Compared with other control algorithms,the simulation results show that the fuzzy PID control algorithm based on lag time attenuator has good control performance and robustness.Finally,each function of the whole grain situation monitoring system is tested.It is proved that the system can monitor and control grain silos effectively.It solves the problem of monitoring grain situation of traditional granary,achieves the purpose of system design,and has certain practical value. |
