| China is both a large population and a large grain producing country,food security plays a pivotal role in China’s economic development strategy.In order to respond to the strategic requirements of national grain storage safety,and with reference to the indicators of the Technical Specification for Grain and Oil Storage,it is of some significance in reality to design a set of grain intelligence monitoring system that integrates wireless communication technology,Internet of Things technology and other technical means into one.Not only can it enhance the management efficiency of grain depots and reduce the intensity of management work,but also to a large extent it can avoid grain safety accidents and reduce the loss of stored grain due to improper management and untimely adoption of regulation and control measures.After analysing the practical requirements of the system in terms of application scenarios and operational performance,this project has completed the design and development of three modules for grain data collection,wireless communication and remote control,which are elaborated at the hardware and software development levels of the system.The ESP8266 microcontroller combined with various sensors collected various parameters affecting grain quality in the silo,including external temperature of the silo,internal temperature of the silo,temperature of the grain pile,external humidity of the silo,internal humidity of the silo,moisture content of the grain pile,oxygen,carbon dioxide concentration and other parameter indicators;using JAVA language,My SQL database,Intelli J IDEA,Visual Studio Code editor,developed a PC-based intelligent grain monitoring system based on B/S architecture and the corresponding applet application.The system works by using the ESP8266 controller to continuously collect the data monitored by various sensors,then calculate the average value of various grain parameters within 60 seconds respectively,and deliver the average value of the data to the Io T platform via WIFI with the MQTT network protocol at a frequency of once every minute,and store it in the My SQL cloud database.The data is presented to the user in the form of a graphical Web page.For detected abnormal data,the PC operating interface will pop up alerts and provide real-time statistics on the number of warnings to remind managers to take appropriate measures.If the data is not within the specified threshold,the manager will receive an early warning message from the cloud platform and the corresponding ventilation equipment will receive a ventilation command,which will start working within the preset parameters.Intermittent ventilation reduces the cost of ventilation to a certain extent.The intelligent grain monitoring system designed in this paper has functions such as real-time monitoring,data query,early warning,remote regulation and control,user management and tracking user operations.The system can also analyse the actual grain situation,provide more accurate and comprehensive food security assessment results,reduce the pressure of manual supervision of grain depots and improve the scientific management of remote regulation and control of grain conditions.It allows users to grasp in real time the parameters and indicators affecting grain quality and safety in the warehouse environment,so that they can take timely control measures to ensure food security. |
