As a local agricultural industry with advantages and characteristics in Shaanxi,kiwifruit is one of the important industries to drive farmers out of poverty and become rich.However,the present market selling varieties of a single,cannot satisfied the current multiple high-end consumption level,but also restricted the kiwifruit industry of high efficiency and sustainable development.In order to promote the rapid development of the kiwifruit industry,it is particularly important screening excellent new varieties and speed up the promotion of new varieties.Therefore,in this study,the new excellent line of kiwifruit screened by the research group’s distant hybridization was used as the test objects,according to the current main varieties’Cuixiang’,’Nongdayuxiang’and’Xuxiang’in Shaanxi were used as control treatments,For its biological character investigation and fruit quality evaluation of screening,and studying the influence of the pollination varieties and spraying growth regulator for’16+23-1 of the kiwifruit quality,in addition building’16+23-1 in vitro rapid propagation system.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:1.The early flowering period of hybrid lines was 4-5 d later than the control varieties’Cuixiang’and’Nongda Yuxiang’,which was consistent with’Xuxiang’,and the whole flowering period lasted about 7-10 d;the germination rate of hybrid lines was 23.45%-65.33%,branching rate 23.42%-61.86%,fruiting branch 71.43%-92.31%,fruit setting rate 72.35%-94.51%,’16+23-1’has the highest germination rate,branching rate and fruit setting rate.Respectively reached 65.33%,61.86%and 94.51%;the single fruit weight of each excellent line was 66.51 g-99.59 g,the fruit shape index was 0.98-1.61,the soluble solid content was13.09%-19.18%,the titratable acid content was 1.05%-1.44%,and the Vc content is 135.06mg/100 g-237.86 mg/100 g,’16+23-1’has the largest soluble solid content and Vc content,and the smallest titratable acid content,which were 19.18%,237.86 mg/100 g and 1.05%.Using the membership function method evaluated the fruit quality of hybrid lines,it was founded the comprehensive value of’16+23-1’was the largest and higher than that of the control variety,the hybrid line’16+23-1’was the best in terms of comprehensive biological characteristics and fruit quality.2.’16+23-1’is a hexaploid plant;the order of canker resistance from high to low is:Xuxiang>16+23-1>Nongdayuxiang>Cuixiang;detection of’16+23-1’There are 27 kinds of aroma components in total,and the content of aroma components is8689.13μg/kg,and the content of phenol derivatives is high.3.The pollination test results of’16+23-1’by male plant pollen of nine different strains showed that the fruit setting rate of different pollinated fruits was 71.43%-100%,and the fruit setting rate of delicious kiwifruit 601 pollination reached 100%;The pollination of male plants of different lines had obvious pollen intuition effect on fruit quality,The subordination function method was used to evaluate the quality of pollinated fruits of male plants of different lines.The fruit quality evaluation ranking is 601,Mo shan No.4,QU6,V7,604,Commercial pollen,3F-110,Zhihuaxiong,609,Dazixiong.According to the comprehensive fruit set rate and fruit quality,it is suggested that the most suitable pollen for’16+23-1’is Delicious Kiwi 601.4.Compared with the control treatments,the effect of spraying CPPU on the increase of the horizontal and vertical diameter of the fruit is better than that of the spraying 6-BA and GA3;the growth regulator treatment can increase the fruit weight,soluble solid content and Vc content,and reduce the hardness and availability.Titrate the acid content,the single fruit weight of the fruit with 15 mg/kg CPPU can reach 130.41 g,and the soluble solid content and Vc content of the fruit with 10 mg/kg CPPU are the highest,reaching 21.39%and 239.64mg/100 g,respectively.The membership function method was used to evaluate the fruit quality of different growth regulator,and the results showed that the comprehensive value of the fruit quality of spraying 10 mg/kg CPPU was the highest,which indicated that 10 mg/kg CPPU could be the most suitable application for the hybrid line’16+23-1’.5.Selecting the young stem segments of the excellent line’16+23-1’to establish a high-efficiency in vitro rapid propagation system.The results show that the best disinfection time for explants is 6 min;the most suitable method for inducing the primary medium is MS+3mg/L6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA+0.1 mg/L GA3,the induced germination rate can reach 92.54%;the optimal medium for proliferation is MS+2 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA,the proliferation coefficient can reach 4.33;the optimum hormone ratio of rooting medium is MS+0.4 mg/L IBA+0.3 mg/L IAA,and the rooting rate reaches 91.67%.
