Watermelon is an important cash crop in China. As a green and safe cultivation mode, organic cultivation is the development trend of agriculture in the future,so high-quality organic watermelon has a very broad market prospect. However, there are few studies on the selection of high-quality watermelon varieties with organic nutrient solution. This study hopes to obtain the best combination of high-quality organic watermelon varieties and nutrient solution through two experiments, and provide basis and technical support for the cultivation of high-quality organic watermelon.Test treatment and results are as follows:(1)Study on organic nutrition formula and varieties of high-quality watermelon in spring.Five watermelon varieties‘1907WME032’(Z1),‘2011WH0045’(Z2),‘2011WH0053’(Z3),‘201WH057’(Z4)and‘2007WMH0035’(Z5)were used as the test.By analyzing the effects of organic nutrient solution and varieties on watermelon growth index, dry matter accumulation, element accumulation, yield and quality,it was finally found that P3 organic nutrient solution was more beneficial to watermelon plant growth, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium absorption and fruit quality improvement, while P1 organic nutrient solution had the best effect on watermelon yield improvement.Z4 has the best growth potential, the highest dry matter accumulation and element accumulation, the best watermelon quality, and Z2 has the strongest plants and the highest yield.Under the interaction of organic nutrient solution and varieties, the growth potential, total dry matter accumulation, total nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium accumulation and comprehensive quality of watermelon in T11 treatment were significantly higher than those in other treatments, and the yield in T1 treatment was significantly higher than that in other treatments.(2)Study on organic nutrition formula and varieties of high-quality watermelon in summer.Four watermelon varieties‘Sumeng No.4’(X1),‘Sumeng No.7’(X2),‘Sumeng No.9’(X3)and‘Sumeng No.10’(X4)were used as test materials, and three organic nutrient solutions(P1,P2,P3)with the same formula as the spring test were applied respectively for12 treatments.By analyzing the effects of organic nutrient solution and varieties on the growth, element accumulation, yield and quality of watermelon in each treatment,it was finally found that P3 formula organic nutrient solution was more conducive to the formation of chlorophyll content and the improvement of fruit quality, while P1 formula organic nutrient solution was more conducive to the accumulation of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium elements and the formation of yield.X1 has strong plants, high chlorophyll content in leaves, and can accumulate more potassium. The fruit quality is the best, and X2 watermelon has the highest yield.Under the interaction of organic nutrient solution and varieties, the growth potential, chlorophyll content of T12 treatment were significantly higher than those of other treatments, the yield of T1 treatment were significantly higher than those of other treatments, and the comprehensive quality evaluation value of T6 treatment was the highest. To sum up,P2 and P3 formula organic nutrient solution is more conducive to the formation of watermelon quality, and P1 formula organic nutrient solution is more conducive to the formation of watermelon yield.Watermelon varieties Z4 and X1 have better quality, while watermelon varieties Z2 and X2 have higher yield. In spring experiment,T11 treatment, that is,Z4 with P2 organic nutrient solution, has the best plant growth and the best comprehensive quality of watermelon. In summer experiment,T6 treatment, that is,X2 with P3 organic nutrient solution, has the best comprehensive quality of watermelon.
