| In this study,in order to solve the problems of slow decomposition rate and insufficient nutrients in the matrix after decomposition of corn stalk,corn stalk and vermicompost were mixed according to the ratio of 1:1(mass ratio).The matrix block(50×32×25 cm)was pressed by a packaging machine under 10 MPa pressure,and then put into a cultivation bag(65×35×28 cm).The cultivation bag was filled with no microbial agent as the control.The treatment with cmy microbial agent as T1 and cmy microbial agent+200-fold liquid fish protein as T2 was used to explore the rapid decomposition method and nutrient content,and to screen the manufacturing method of high-quality organic matrix.In order to solve the problems of low yield,stable yield and high yield,general quality and large amount of fertilizer in facility tomato in Ningxia,taking ’Meifen 869’ tomato as the experimental object,the comparative experiments of different planting densities and organic nutrient solution irrigation of tomato were carried out,namely DOI1:2200 plants/667 m2+organic nutrient solution irrigation,DII1:2200 plants/667 m2+inorganic nutrient solution irrigation,DOI2:2600 plants/667 m2+organic nutrient solution irrigation,DII2:2600 plants/667 m2+inorganic nutrient solution irrigation.DOI3:3000 plants/667 m2+organic liquid irrigation,DII3:3000 plants/667 m2+ inorganic liquid irrigation.To explore the effects of different planting densities and organic-inorganic nutrient solution irrigation on the growth mechanism and yield of tomato,the aim was to seek suitable planting density and water and fertilizer management of tomato in facilities,to achieve the use of ’zero’ fertilizer,and to improve the yield and economic benefits.At the same time,it was expected to provide theoretical basis and technical support for the planting of high density and organic nutrient solution irrigation of tomato in facilities in Ningxia based on corn facilities.The results are as follows:(1)Adding microbial agents can increase the temperature during composting,and enter the heating period one day in advance.After using microbial activator(fish protein),the temperature during composting was significantly increased by 9.64 ℃.During the whole composting period,bulk density and seed germination index showed an overall upward trend,and pH and EC showed an overall upward and then downward trend.Compared with CK,T1 and T2 treatments increased invertase activity,phosphatase activity and urease activity,and catalase activity decreased by 3.44%and 7.37%.The addition of microbial agents significantly increased the contents of total nitrogen,available nitrogen,total phosphorus,available phosphorus and organic matter in compost.T2 treatment was selected as a highquality organic matrix composting method.(2)Irrigation organic nutrient solution increased tomato yield,plant relative growth rate and nutrient content.With the increase of density,yield and relative growth rate of plants increased,intercellular CO2 concentration increased,2600 plants/667 m2 density had higher Fv/Fm.The Fv/Fm value of irrigation inorganic nutrient solution for low density treatment(2200 plants/667 m2).Irrigation organic nutrient solution significantly increased the content of total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium in roots,stems and leaves under the same density treatment.(3)In the irrigation organic nutrient solution treatment,with the increase of planting density,the contents of soluble solids and soluble sugar decreased significantly,and organic acids increased first and then decreased.In the irrigation inorganic nutrient solution treatment,the contents of VC,soluble sugar and organic acids increased with the increase of planting density.All kinds of flavor substances in tomato had a unified trend.The concentration of organic nutrient solution was lower than that of inorganic nutrient solution under the same density.The content of flavor substances increased with the increase of planting density in the same nutrient solution irrigation.(4)When the organic nutrient solution was irrigated,with the increase of density,the EC of the substrate first increased and then decreased,and the total nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium and organic matter in the substrate showed a downward trend,while the total phosphorus content showed an increasing trend,and the pH difference was not significant.When inorganic nutrient solution was irrigated,with the increase of density,pH decreased first and then increased,EC increased,the content of available nitrogen and total phosphorus in matrix decreased,and the content of available phosphorus,available potassium and organic matter increased.The comprehensive evaluation of each treatment showed that the score of organic nutrient solution irrigation in early spring stubble was the highest at 2200 plants/667 m2,and the score of autumn and winter stubble was the highest at 3000 plants/667 m2,ranking the second on the whole.The score of inorganic nutrient solution irrigation in early spring stubble was the highest at 2600 plants/667 m2,and the score of autumn and winter stubble was the highest at 2200 plants/667 m2,ranking the first on the whole.In summary,in view of the slow maturity and insufficient nutrients of corn straw,microbial agents can be added during composting,which can increase the composting temperature,nutrients and enzyme content.In the high-density cultivation of protected tomato,although organic nutrient solution can improve the yield and root growth,the quality is lower than that of inorganic nutrient solution.Through the comprehensive factor score evaluation,it can be seen that organic nutrient solution can play a better role in the low density of the first crop,and the high density of the second crop is better. |
