’Honeycrisp’ and ’Qincui’ have early maturity,good quality and high market price.Currently,their planting area is small in the country.The fruit samples of 12 experimental sites were used as materials to study the difference in fruit quality between ’Honeycrisp’and ’Qincui’ in different origins,and to provide theoretical basis for the proper cultivation and promotion of ’Honeycrisp’ and ’Qincui’.1.Through the investigation of Luochuan County of Yan’an City,Zizhou County of Yulin City,Xunyi County of Xianyang City,Qianxian County of Xianyang City,Qianyang County of Baoji City,Chongxin County of Pingliang City,Xifeng District of Qingyang City,Gongga County of Shannan City The fruit quality analysis of ’Honeycrisp’ producing areas found that the fruit weights of different producing areas were 167.93-318.28 g,the largest in Xifeng District of Qingyang City,and the smallest in Gongga County of Shannan City.The fruit shape index ranged from 0.77 to 0.85,with the highest in Xifeng District of Qingyang City and the lowest in Zizhou County of Yulin City.The highest of fruit brightness is Zizhou County of Yulin City,Gongga County of Shannan City is the lowest;color index in Gongga County of Shannan City is also the highest,and Zizhou County of Yulin City is the lowest.In Gongga County of Shannan City,peel hardness,pulp hardness and pulp crispness were the highest,while peel ductility and pulp firmness were the lowest.The soluble solid content ranged from 11.86 to 15.1 %.The highest content was in Gongga County of Shannan City,and the lowest was in Qian County of Xianyang City.Titratable acid 0.28~0.72 %,the lowest is Qianxian County of Xianyang City,and the highest is Zizhou County of Yulin City.The solid acid ratio is 20.793~50.83,the highest is Chongxin County of Pingliang City,and the lowest is Zizhou County of Yulin City.Soluble sugars were mainly fructose,glucose and sucrose.Chongxin County of Pingliang City had the highest fructose content,and Qianyang County of Baoji City had the highest fructose content.Glucose and sucrose are the highest.The amino acids with higher content are glutamic acid,lysine and aspartic acid,glutamate in Zizhou County of Yulin City The content of acid and aspartic acid was the highest,and the content of lysine was the highest in Xunyi County,Xianyang City.The main phenolic substances are catechin,epicatechin,procyanidin B1,procyanidin B2 and rutin,the highest content of catechin and epicatechin was in Gongga County of Shannan City,the highest content of procyanidin B1 and B2 was in Qianyang County of Baoji City,and the highest content of rutin was in Qianyang County of Baoji City.It is in Xifeng District of Qingyang City.In the five producing areas of Luochuan County of Yan’an City,Qian County of Xianyang City,Qianyang County of Baoji City,Chongxin County of Pingliang City,and Xifeng District of Qingyang City,the relative content of volatile substances in the fruit of ’Honeycrisp’ is relatively high.n-hexanal,2-hexenal,hexyl isovalerate,butyl acetate,α-farnesene,the highest content of total volatile substances is Luochuan County of Yan’an City,which is 15149.953μg/kg.2.Through Luochuan County of Yan’an City,Zizhou County of Yulin City,Yaozhou District of Tongchuan City,Xunyi County of Xianyang City,Binzhou City of Xianyang City,Chongxin County of Pingliang City,Xifeng District of Qingyang City,Aksu City,Gongga City of Shannan City The fruit quality analysis of 10 ’Qincui’ producing areas in Danba County and Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture showed that the fruit weight per fruit was 229.73-395.3 g in different producing areas,the largest in Yaozhou District of Tongchuan City and the smallest in Binzhou City of Xianyang City.The fruit shape index is 0.8~0.88,the highest is Danba County of Garze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,and the lowest is Gongga County of Shannan City.Fruit brightness is the highest in Zizhou County of Yulin City,and the lowest in Gongga County of Shannan City;color index is the highest is Gongga County of Shannan City,the lowest is in Zizhou County of Yulin City.Gongga County of Shannan City has the highest peel hardness and pulp hardness,Danba County of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture with the highest peel ductility,Binzhou City of Xianyang City with the highest pulp crispness,and Aksu City with the highest pulp firmness.The content of soluble solids is 12.98~16.24%,the highest content is Aksu City,the lowest is Chongxin County of Pingliang City;the titratable acid content is 0.16~0.38%,the lowest is Yaozhou District of Tongchuan City,and the highest is Xianyang City,Xianyang City.Yi County;the solid acid ratio is 42.95~92.33,the highest is Yaozhou District of Tongchuan City,and the lowest is Xunyi County of Xianyang City.Soluble sugars are mainly fructose,glucose and sucrose.The highest fructose content is in Danba County of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.The highest is Binzhou City of Xianyang City,and the highest sucrose content is Yaozhou District of Tongchuan City.The amino acids were mainly glutamic acid,lysine and aspartic acid.The highest content of glutamic acid was in Zizhou County of Yulin city.Xifeng District of Qingyang City has the highest lysine content,and Luochuan County of Yan’an City has the highest aspartic acid content.The main phenolic substances are catechin,epicatechin,procyanidin B1,procyanidin B2 and rutin,the highest content of catechin and epicatechin is Chongxin County of Pingliang City,the highest content of proanthocyanidin B1 and B2 is Danba County of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,and the highest content of rutin It is Binzhou City of Xianyang City.In the five producing areas of Luochuan County of Yan’an City,Zizhou County of Yulin City,Yaozhou District of Tongchuan City,Chongxin County of Pingliang City,and Danba County of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,the relative content of volatile substances in ’Qincui’ fruit was relatively high.2-Hexenal,hexyl hexanoate,octyl hexanoate and α-farnesene,the highest content of total volatile substances is Zizhou County of Yulin City,is 62505.45 μg/kg.3.Comparative analysis of the comprehensive quality of ’Honeycrisp’ fruit from different origins.The 13 external quality indicators of ’Honeycrisp’ were dimensionally reduced by principal component analysis,and 4 principal components were extracted,with a cumulative contribution rate of 91.842%.The external quality of Xunyi County of Xianyang City was the best,followed by Xifeng District of Qingyang City.Luochuan County of Yan’an City,Chongxin County of Pingliang City,Qianyang County of Baoji City,Qian County of Xianyang City,Zizhou County of Yulin City and Gongga County of Shannan City.The external quality of ’Honeycrisp’ from different origins was divided into4 categories by cluster analysis,and the results were basically consistent with principal component analysis.Using principal component analysis to reduce the dimension of 28 intrinsic quality indicators of ’Honeycrisp’,6 principal components were extracted,and the cumulative contribution rate was 97.522%.The intrinsic quality of Zizhou County of Yulin City was the best,followed by Qianyang County of Baoji City,Xunyi County of Xianyang City,Qian County of Xianyang City,Luochuan County of Yan’an City,Xifeng District of Qingyang City,Chongxin County of Pingliang City,Gongga County of Shannan City.The intrinsic quality of ’Honeycrisp’ from different origins was divided into three categories by cluster analysis,and the results were basically consistent with principal component analysis.4.Comparative analysis of comprehensive quality of ’Qincui’ fruit from different origins.Using principal component analysis to reduce the dimension of 13 external quality indicators of ’Qincui’,three principal components were extracted,and the cumulative contribution rate was 87.008%.The external quality of Danba County of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture was the best,followed by Yaozhou District of Tongchuan City.Luochuan County of Yan’an City,Zizhou County of Yulin City,Aksu City,Xifeng District of Qingyang City,Chongxin County of Pingliang City,Xunyi County of Xianyang City,Binzhou City of Xianyang City and Gongga County of Shannan City.The external quality of ’Qincui’ from different origins was divided into three categories by cluster analysis,and the results were basically consistent with principal component analysis.Principal component analysis was used to reduce the dimensionality of 28 intrinsic quality indicators of ’Qincui’,and 7 principal components were extracted,with a cumulative contribution rate of 96.403%.The intrinsic quality of Danba County,Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture was the best,followed by Luochuan County of Yan’an City.,Gongga County of Shannan City,Yaozhou District of Tongchuan City,Xifeng District of Qingyang City,Xunyi County of Xianyang City,Aksu City,Zizhou County of Yulin City,Binzhou City of Xianyang City,and Chongxin County of Pingliang City.The intrinsic quality of ’Qincui’ from different origins was divided into three categories by cluster analysis,and the results were basically consistent with principal component analysis.
