Research On The Development Of Whole Industry Chain Of Crayfish In Qianjiang City

The development of the whole agricultural industry chain can improve the valueadded and efficiency of the agricultural industry,the construction of the whole agricultural industry chain system and promote the development of the whole agricultural industry chain is not only an important way to revitalize the rural industry,but also an inevitable trend of the development of modern agriculture.The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of China has issued documents for many times to support the development of characteristic agriculture and the cultivation of characteristic agricultural industry chain in provinces suitable for promoting aquaculture and paddy field comprehensive planting and breeding.Since 2018,Hubei Provincial Government and Qianjiang Municipal Government have attached great importance to the cultivation of the whole crayfish industry chain,and issued a series of documents and adopted relevant measures to implement the promotion of the whole crayfish industry chain.After more than 20 years of exploration and development,the crayfish industry has developed into the most characteristic agricultural pillar industry in Qianjiang city,Qianjiang city has become a strong crayfish industry in the country.This paper defines the concept of the industrial chain and the whole industrial chain by sorting out the literature of domestic and foreign scholars on the crayfish industry,agricultural product industry chain and the whole industrial chain.Then,the theory of industrial division,integration theory and agricultural industrialization theory are used to clarify the theoretical basis of this study.Then,the development process and status quo of the whole crayfish industry chain in Qianjiang city were summarized.The research and analysis showed that the whole crayfish industry chain in Qianjiang city still had difficulties such as limited development depth of each link,insignificant synergistic effect of each link,unstable interest connection mechanism between business entities,and insufficient service guarantee of the whole crayfish industry chain.Through a comparative study of the development of the whole crayfish industry chain in Xuyi County of Huai’an City in Jiangsu Province and Nan County of Yiyang City in Hunan Province,the author has drawn relevant enlightenment.Then,using SWOT analysis method to discuss the internal and external environmental factors facing the development of the whole crayfish industry chain.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for the development of the whole crayfish industry chain in Qianjiang City,namely:strengthen weak links,improve services and support,give full play to the role of intermediary organizations,and promote integrated development of agriculture,culture,and tourism.
