Research On Current Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of Rice Industry Development In Yangxin County

Today’s world is in a special period of accelerated evolution of major changes unseen in a century.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized the need to fully implement the overall national security concept.Food security is an important content and foundation of national security.Food is related to the country’s destiny and the people’s livelihood.The rice bowl of the Chinese people must be firmly in their own hands at all times,and our rice bowl should mainly be filled with Chinese grain.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Central Rural Work Conference has clearly put forward a new food security concept of "ensuring basic self-sufficiency in grains and absolute security of rations",which further highlights the importance of rice production.my country is a traditional large agricultural country,which has long been affected by factors such as low agricultural resources per capita,relatively backward level of agricultural production technology,and low degree of intensification of grain production.The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to take the path of modernization in Chinese style.With the full implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,"agriculture,rural areas and farmers" will usher in new development opportunities.Yangxin County is a large agricultural county with a large population and a large grain-producing county,and the rice industry is its leading industry.The county party committee and the county government have tried to take many effective measures to improve rice production and quality,extend the rice production and processing industry chain,and promote local agricultural development.This paper takes Yangxin County as an example,using literature research,statistical chart analysis,field investigation,SWOT analysis and other methods,on the basis of summarizing and sorting out the research status of rice industry at home and abroad,using sustainable development theory,scale economy theory,Grain security theory and other basic theories have carried out a complete analysis of the current situation of the development of the rice industry,using the SWOT analysis method to systematically and objectively analyze and study the four aspects of the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats of the rice industry development in Yangxin County,from the growth strategy In terms of strategy,reversal strategy,diversified management strategy,and defensive strategy,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to give full play to the brand effect,improve the level of agricultural mechanization,vigorously develop agricultural technology,and green ecological agriculture.This article is of great significance for Yangxin County to continue to promote the strategy of rural revitalization and develop modern agriculture with rice as the leading industry after the decisive victory in poverty alleviation.
