Agriculture is the foundation of national economic development,and the development of agriculture plays an important role in guaranteeing people’s livelihood and social economic operation.Faced with profound changes in the external environment of the situation,we need to guarantee food security and achieve storing grain to the ground,a good job on its own end,ensure the supply of good primary products.The development of agriculture is facing a series of threats from the ecological environment.At present,the development of agriculture is facing a series of threats from ecological environment.As a tool to measure the quality of agricultural development,agricultural ecological efficiency is related to the sustainable development of agriculture and an important indicator to measure agricultural economy and ecological environment.In this paper,the agricultural eco-efficiency of Chengdu plain and Jianghan plain showed a rising trend,both of which are national commodity grain bases,was studied from 2010 to 2019.Firstly,the static analysis was carried out based on SBM super-efficiency model,then ML index was used for dynamic analysis,and finally,the influencing factors were studied combined with fixed effect model.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the value of agricultural eco-efficiency in Chengdu plain and Jianghan plain showed a rising trend.From 2010 to 2019,the mean value of agro-eco-efficiency in Dayi,Deyang,Guanghan,Shifang,Pujiang and Chengdu reached DEA effectiveness,which was above the average level of Chengdu plain.During the same period,the agricultural ecoefficiency of Caidian,Yingcheng,Zhijiang,Jianli and other places in Jianghan plain reached DEA efficiency within the research interval.Secondly,the total factor productivity of agricultural ecology in Chengdu plain and Jianghan plain showed an overall upward trend.Except Guanghan in Chengdu plain,Shayang and Zhongxiang in Jianghan plain,the mean ML index of other counties is greater than 1.The increase and decrease of pure technical efficiency,scale efficiency and technological progress were different in Chengdu plain and Jianghan plain,which had a direct impact on agricultural ecological total factor productivity.Finally,suggestions on improving agricultural ecology in Jianghan plain and Chengdu plain were put forward.Such as promote the farmers’ income revenue;Improve land scale efficiency;Promote technological reform;and prevent and control pollution,etc.
