Cultivated land is the essence of land resources and the important guarantee of national food security.At present,China is in the historical converging period of the "two centenary goals",and the occupation of cultivated land for future development is likely to remain at a high level.Meanwhile,the uncertainty of international epidemic situation and the deterioration of external environment further increase the pressure of food supply in China for a period of time in the future,so the task of farmland protection is heavy and the demand is urgent.Therefore,we should make an overall plan to protect the quantity,quality and ecology of cultivated land in a "trinity",so that the quantity of cultivated land will not be reduced,the quality of cultivated land will be improved,and the ecology will be improved,so as to fundamentally guarantee the food security related to the national transportation and people’s livelihood.Based on the "Trinity" protection of cultivated land,this study firstly uses mathematical statistics,spatial analysis and other methods to analyze the quantity,quality and ecological change characteristics of cultivated land in various provinces of China from the reality of cultivated land protection in China,and then uses mathematical model analysis,time series analysis and principal component analysis to analyze the driving forces of cultivated land use change in China Finally,according to the theory of land heterogeneity,land partition and land resource optimization,the paper systematically proposes the way and Countermeasures of farmland differential management according to the characteristics of cultivated land change,the main factors of cultivated land change and the protection of "Trinity" of cultivated land.Through the above research,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)Since 2000,the "three in one" protection of cultivated land in China has been well implemented: on the whole,the quantity has been increased,the quality has been improved,the ecology has been improved,the overall situation of cultivated land protection is stable,and food security is guaranteed.(2)The comprehensive change of cultivated land in China can be divided into three types: quantity-quality,quantity-ecology and quality-ecology,and at the provincial level,there are obvious regional characteristics: among them,the number-quality change province are mainly distributed in the northwest,northeast and south border areas,such as the number-ecological change provinces mainly concentrated in the central and southern China,the quality-ecological change provinces mainly concentrated in north China and the eastern coastal areas.(3)The main influencing factors of cultivated land change in different provinces of China have significant spatial differentiation: at the national level,the main influencing factors of cultivated land change have high correlation.However,at the provincial level,the relationship between these factors and cultivated land change was not significant,and the main driving factors of cultivated land change in different dimensions were significantly different in different provinces.(4)The exploration and implementation of differentiated cultivated land management policy plays an important role in promoting the overall situation of cultivated land protection:Based on the regional differences of cultivated land change in China,the exploration and implementation of differentiated cultivated land management policy can effectively balance regional cultivated land protection and promote the realization of "Trinity" protection of cultivated land.
