| Agricultural risks are uncertain events of force majeure suffered by people in the process of agricultural production and management. The level of agricultural risk response is an important factor that affects the livelihood of farmers,is related to the income and living standards of farmers, and is closely linked to the issues of agriculture, rural areas and farmers.Agriculture is fragile, and its production and operation activities are extremely vulnerable to natural risks. In agricultural production and operation activities, farmers still need to deal with market, social, technological and other risks.Crayfish is the pillar industry of Qianjiang’s agricultural economic development and one of Qianjiang’s most competitive agricultural products. Its complete industrial chain and high-quality product quality have created Qianjiang’s characteristic aquatic products, thus developing mature products.“Shrimp and rice farming” planting and breeding model and industrialized scale operation mode. The production model of shrimp and rice in Qianjiang City started from free-range farming in 2001,and has experienced the transition from "one rice and one shrimp" to "one rice and two shrimps",that is,from "shrimp and rice continuous cropping" to "shrimp and rice co-cultivation".Although the large-scale operation of crayfish has brought better economic benefits, shrimp farmers engaged in crayfish farming still need to deal with and prevent risks. The risks include natural risks caused by the special climate in the area, rice and shrimp export, and industrial chain development.Market risks and social risks in the process of waiting,as well as technical risks caused by medication and testing errors. The research on the risks and response strategies of shrimp farming is a social scientific research topic. In addition to individual farmers’ risk response status and feasible countermeasures, the research objects also include the agricultural development of the research area, responsible for industrial development and risk prevention. The relevant local government departments,as well as agricultural product markets and other socio-economic organizations, are also researched. The qualitative research of grounded theory is a method of qualitative theoretical research.Researchers conduct research on the basis of collecting empirical data and establish their own theory. It is one of the most scientific research methods in qualitative theoretical research. Therefore,in the process of qualitative research, researchers must fully understand the object of grounded theoretical research, and further explore its scientific connotation,to ensure the theoretical scientific nature of the research and the objectivity of the results. This study first uses grounded theory research methods to qualitatively analyze the farming risks of shrimp farmers in Qianjiang City.Through field observation and in-depth interviews with shrimp farmers in Haokou Town and Houhu Farm, the research needs are collected. After qualitative research on the three-level coding, the collected data are analyzed and processed after the original data data of Qianjiang City. From the four aspects of natural risk, market risk, social risk and technical risk,it is necessary for the shrimp farming process in Qianjiang City. The risks to be dealt with were identified.Secondly, this article continues to describe the current situation of shrimp farming risks in Qianjiang City from four aspects:natural risks, market risks, social risks, and technical risks, and summarizes repeated pest disasters, single sales channels, excessive financial pressure, and training. The causes of risks such as content consolidation. In response to the above causes, this article proposes a countermeasure.First, the response to natural risks is based on a complete public infrastructure and a stable prevention and control system;second, the response to market risks requires the macro-control of the agricultural production sector while driving shrimp farmers to become more sensitive to market information. In order to reduce the impact of market fluctuations on the income of shrimp farmers;third, the response to social risks requires the government to accurately define the criteria and conditions for the subsidized shrimp farmers. The timely determination of these conditions will also help shrimp farmers receive subsidies in a timely manner.Under the premise of increasing financial pressure, help shrimp farmers who are in real difficulties;fourth, the response to technical risks requires agricultural production departments, agricultural enterprises, shrimp farmers and other entities to actively improve the technical level of crayfish farming, focusing on improving training content and mobilizing farming Personnel,to help crayfish farming enterprises and individual shrimp farmers to solve technical problems in the process of crayfish farming. |
