| In view of the wide geographical distribution of mountain orchards in China,the variety types of agricultural machinery used,the large number of agricultural machinery,the efficiency of the agricultural machinery and the fact that the actual situation can not be timely understood.And the traditional research methods requires the investigators to travel frequently,and the workload is heavy,the data obtained can only rely on the oral description of the farmers,the investigators to travel frequently,can not guarantee the validity of each questionnaire,and draw on the advanced agricultural concept methods used by the developed countries at home and abroad.This paper develops an online monitoring system for mountain orchard transportation equipment.Based on a comprehensive consideration of the system in terms of stability,practicability,reliability,and scalability and power consumption,it integrates embedded technology,wireless communication technology,positioning technology,and connection database technology to combine with mountain orchard work machinery.A set of relatively complete surveys and solutions for the use of agricultural machinery in mountain orchards was proposed to obtain first-hand data on the utilization rate of agricultural machinery.In order to effectively and accurately obtain the data such as the use status of mountain orchard work locomotives,a locomotive operating condition monitoring(such as the number of agricultural machinery,cumulative use times,the length of time the agricultural machine worked after the start of the project)was designed and developed.Monitoring system such as machine running speed,etc.,positioning(longitude and latitude position information),battery power detection and presence or absence of faulty parking.The system consists of the lower computer embedded system and the upper computer monitoring software,which can realize the functions of collecting,processing,displaying,transmitting,storing and invoking the operation status and working condition information of the mountain orchard locomotive.The STM32F103VET6 chip is used as the main controller of the embedded system,the GSM network is the remote communication medium,and the PC is the display mode of the host computer.The core of the monitoring system is formed,and the relevant circuit modules,drivers and monitoring application software are designed.program.The informationization and real-time management of mountain orchard management is an inevitable requirement for realizing the network management of orchard machinery in the future.It provides an effective basis for the attention of agricultural machinery holding rate,decision-making for agricultural machinery management departments,and sales of products for enterprises.Combined with the actual experimental analysis,the use of agricultural machinery is judged accurately and accurately,and the data display is more intuitive,which is convenient for researchers to conduct research on the use of agricultural machinery.This article mainly completed the following :(1)In this study,the digital mobile communication network GSM is used to realize short message communication,which avoids the need to re-enter the transmitted AT command and string every time when the TEXT communication between the MCU and the PC is performed.(2)The frame structure of the short message data transmission,the process of data receiving and sending,and the data format and its encoding and decoding process are studied and analyzed.(3)In the system environment to combine with the C# language on the PC,the short message data is received,displayed,saved,along with the database program such as the database is written and debugged,and the database connection realized by directly reading and writing with the serial communication port on the machine is completed. |
