Effects Of Forest Ownership On Ecological Benefits Of Ecological Forest

Forest is an important and strategic natural resource for the development of national economy.Consequently,the realization of its ecological value plays an important role in the sustainable development of ecological environment.Since,property rights are the key factors that affect the forest management.With different forms of property rights,the management conditions and behaviors of ecological forests are not consistent with each other.Therefore,it is helpful to improve the realization mechanism of product value and promotion for the sustainable and healthy development of ecological forest by learning the influence of forest ownership on ecological benefit of ecological forest.In order to reveal the influence mechanism of forest ownership on the ecological benefit of ecological forest,based on the theory of externalities and property rights,this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of different externalities of ecological forest,different principal-agent relationships of ecological forest and different forest managements and different operating conditions of the ecological forest under different ownership of forest rights on the ecological benefits of ecological forest from the perspective of property right economics,and putting forward the hypothesis of the article and taking the study of forest carbon density as an example.Based on the two data of forest inventory data from six counties in Fujian Province in 1999 and 2009,the fixed effect and the random effect model are used in the longitudinal analysis.The multiple linear regression model is adopted to analyze the forest ownership and related factors in the horizontal analysis.The results show that:(1)In 2009,the total carbon storage,total carbon density and total area of the ecological forest in the sample counties of Fujian Province increased more than a decade ago.The carbon density order of the ecological forest in the six counties is:Yanping,Shunchang,Meilie,Youxi,Yongchun and Fuan,which shows that the carbon density in the northwest region is larger than that in the southeastern region distributed.(2)With the village as the sample unit,according to the longitudinal analysis,it is concluded that the increase of the proportion of collective forest is not conducive to the increase of the benefit of carbon sequestration(carbon density)of ecological forest,and the proportion of non-collective forest in ecological forest should be increased.(3)Taking the woodland small class as the sample unit,it can be seen from the horizontal comparative analysis that the average carbon density of the state forest is greater than that of the collective forest,and the average carbon density of collective forest is greater than that of the private forest.Control some factors,the forest density has a significant impact on the carbon density of ecological forest.The greater the degree of public ownership,the higher the carbon density of ecological forest,and their size has the following relationship:the carbon density of state ecological forest>the carbon density of collective ecological forest>the carbon density of private ecological forest.(4)In 2009,the proportion of ecological forest area of private forest was increased compared with that of a decade ago and the diversification trend of property rights subject is becoming more apparent.It is necessary to make the appropriate subsidy to the relevant property right subject to make up for its external loss and improve the enthusiasm of the main body of the relevant property management.
