The Design And Implementation Of Intellectual Property Management System Based On WeChat Official Account

In recent years,with the increase of our country's ability to innovate independently,the awareness of intellectual property protection has increased.Due to the lack of relevant knowledge and experience,the intellectual property agency service has emerged.Under the background of " Internet plus initiative",intellectual property management has begun to shift towards informatization.However,as the main part of intellectual property agency services,small and medium-sized agencies have weak foundation and limited resources in all aspects.Therefore,they continued to use paper and Excel documents to record file information,and use telephone and email to communicate in their management.This offline management mode has brought about the problems of disordered management,low efficiency and high communication costs.In order to meet the ever-increasing demand for file management and solve the problem of communication costs,small and medium-sized agencies need to seek an information management mode that in line with their own characteristics.This study aims to solve the problems faced by small and medium-sized intellectual property agencies.With the help of We Chat's large user base,high flexibility in the development of official accounts,and low development costs,combined with the characteristics of one-to-many services of the SaaS system,a set of public based on We Chat is designed.The system can provide information management services for multiple agency firms,realize the full-process progress management of intellectual property files and client management of agency firms,and realize the functions of template message notification,online business consultation and entrusted file life inquiries through the We Chat official account.The system provides information-based management methods for small and medium-sized agencies to expands communication methods,reduce their management and operation costs and improve their work efficiency.The system in this study adopts the B/S architecture model,and uses Vue.js and Express framework;uses Mongo DB database with superior performance for data storage and uses Web Socket to create instant messaging session.The feedback from the use of agency firms shows that the management system meets the business needs of small and medium-sized firms,can improve the efficiency of agency firms,ensure the instant communication with clients,achieve the final expected goal of this thesis.
