With the development of Web2.0,the Internet advocates an open environment.User used to passively accept Internet information,now gradually developed into actively creating information.Social media has become the main platform where netizens discuss hot events and express their thoughts and sentiments.In recent years,many hot events about personal safety have occurred frequently,attracting a large number of netizens' attention and hot discussion.Therefore,in order to further understand the types,characteristics and rules of public emotion,this thesis selects "Yuhuan event" as an example,using the method of emotion analysis in computer field to show how the public emotion present on WeChat public platform.The study was carried out in four dimensions: time?subject?topic point and text content.Through a series of empirical research found that fairness is one of the main demands of China's Internet users,safety topics reflect the users anxiety;the emotion of WeChat public release subject is diversified,and accompanied by judicial transparency gradually from negative emotion to positive emotion.Netizens are more interested in in-depth exploration of events and more concerned about the truth.The "curious" emotional intensity of the case itself is second only to the emotional intensity of "disgust".The emotion presents the phenomenon of rationality and irrationality,and the opposition and unification between elite and mass discourse system.
