As time goes by,the competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce.Information integration and sharing will become the most important advantage in the industry competition,among which supply chain management is particularly important.In the supply chain management,some enterprises adopt the outdated raw material procurement mode,including raw material procurement,storage,trial delivery,acceptance,cutting and other links,which cost a lot of capital,inventory,manpower and management costs.Therefore,the change in supply chain management is imminent.It is needed to provide companies with more efficient cooperation,rough procurement and distribution system as the companies need to continuously optimize their supply chain management.We need to start from reality,and deliver an effective and practical system by researching through planning management,rough procurement as well as carrying out full research on the business requirements of planning management.This system mainly includes rough procurement pre-allocation plan management,procurement plan management,and intention orders management,blank blanking plan management and blank purchase and arrival management module.With the utilization of Web technology,B/S architecture,Oracle database and Java,the system achieves the transformation of the company's production plan into the feedback of blank blanking plan,preparation and approval of blank purchase contract and details,and related information flow after the blank arrives.The main tasks completed in this paper include: Research on the business process related to blank purchasing and distribution,and make progress conduct needs analysis survey.Design the overall structure of the system,compile corporate internal standards and business workflow.Bring Up an algorithm for cutting thick aluminum plates which improves the utilization rate of materials.Plan the technical route and configure the related software and hardware environment.Explore the QR code and the way of combining logistics information systems.This system has been used in the project of thick aluminum sheet materials.This system is connected to the ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)system and the PDM system(Product Data Management).In the actual use,it is found that the innovation of the system combines VMI mode with the reformation of enterprise supply chain procurement mode.This system has achieved the goal of streamlining the process,improves the blanching capacity,and optimizes the process and material planning,reducing the cost,improving the efficiency of material distribution and the management level.
