In the past decade,the satellite communication industry has been developing rapidly,and satellite communication is gradually becoming one of the most important wireless communication methods.With technological innovations such as communication technology,higher requirements for satellite communication equipment have been put forward.The ground transmitter is an important part of satellite communication and its performance plays a key role in the normal operation of satellite communication system.Therefore,it is of great significance to research into the C-band satellite communication ground transmitter front-end.This project designs and implements a C-band satellite communication ground transmitter front-end with high practical application value.Firstly,the research background,the status quo and the common theories of the project are introduced.Secondly,the whole design and implementation process are described in detail,including scheme selection,device selection and modules design.Finally,each module and the whole system are debugged and tested.The project is mainly divided into four modules: frequency source module,transmission channel module,power amplifier module and power supply module.The frequency source module converts the external 10 MHz reference signal to 5.5GHz local oscillator signal by PLL.The transmission channel module processes the intermediate frequency signal and mixes it with the local oscillator signal to get the RF signal.The power amplifier module amplifies the RF signal and outputs it.The power supply module provides stable power supply for other modules.The test results show that the C-band satellite communication ground transmitter front-end works normally.Within the operating temperature range of-40 ? ?+55 ?,the output signal frequency is6.45?7.05 GHz,the system gain is greater than 65 dB,the maximum output power is greater than 40 dBm,the full-band gain flatness is better than 3.7dB,the gain flatness in60 MHz is better than 1.7dB,the spurious suppression is better than 57 dB,and the phase noise basically meets the index requirements.
