The Pavilion Space Design And Research Take The Exhibition Design Of Haihunhou Museum As An Example

China has seen a time when culture industry upsurges unprecedentedly within decades.Along with the booming of tourism,our national government begins to attach greater importance to the exploitation and preservation of arrays of various relic sites,which offers a golden chance for further establishment of relic site museums.Serving as a preserver for crucial historical documents and cultural heritage relics,site museum is a must in promoting the dissemination of history and Chinese culture which,in turn,are closely reflected in the space design of the exhibition hall.A smart design could promise a larger number of visitors with its sophisticated culture implication and the significance of musuem.Therefore,space design is a decisive factor in the effectiveness of transmitting history to the public.The paper mainly deals with space design,functional composition,layout design of Nanchang Relic Museum for Haihun Principality of Han Dynasty,laying theoretical foundation for the exhibition and display design for the museum.In the second chapter,it relates to the introductory knowledge of relic site museum and then moves on to the principles and manners of space design on the basis of the surrounding and environmental factors of the museum in the third chapter.The fourth chapter analyzes the existing problems and suggests possible solutions for space design from the perspectives of its features and local culture.The paper puts forward basic theories and design devices with empirical research being the ground,which would assist the exploitation and utilization of the display space design in the relic site museum.
