Purpose:Through the teaching experiment,this paper proves the application value of the mixed teaching mode of gas volleyball and hard volleyball in the general course teaching of volleyball in colleges and universities,and probes into the application of this mixed teaching mode on the study of technology,competition ability and competition rules in volleyball teaching.the comprehensive influence of volleyball knowledge.Use the physical characteristics of gas volleyball sphere and interesting teaching methods to promote students' enthusiasm for learning.Methods: Twenty-six students from the volleyball general class of Shanghai Institute of physical Education(Class 1-3 of Grade 19)were randomly divided into the experimental class and the control class with a total of 64 class hours.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,experiment and mathematical statistics.One week before the implementation of volleyball teaching intervention,the subjects were tested for basic volleyball skills(autobiography,self-cushion,wall-to-wall pass,wall-to-wall cushion)and physical exercise attitude to understand the basic situation.Except for the teaching mode(the experimental group is a mixed teaching mode;the control group adopts a conventional teaching mode)and the training environment is difficult to control,the teaching of both the control group and the experimental group is completed by the college volleyball teachers according to the pre-established teaching plan,which is the same in terms of teaching progress and scoring standards.After the volleyball teaching intervention,the test was carried out by the separation of examination and teaching,and the basic skills of volleyball were tested by three senior volleyball teachers in our college according to the requirements and procedures(autobiography,self-cushion;wall pass,wall cushion;two people pass to each other continuously,pair cushion),competition effect statistics,and score the technical sports ability.Issue and collect the physical exercise attitude scale,conduct interviews to understand the students' learning attitude and their views on the mixed teaching mode of gas volleyball and hard volleyball.Results:(1)compared with the pre-test,there were very significant differences in pad,transmission and technical evaluation between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.01).(2)the scores of self-cushion,two-person padding,wall cushion and up-to-standard test in the experimental group were slightly lower than those in the control group,but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).The scores of autobiography and wall biography in the experimental group were slightly higher than those in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups.(3)in terms of the effect of the game,the number of touches and the number of rounds per point in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group in the two games,and the number of touches and rounds in the second game in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The score of technology application ability test in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference.(4)after experimental intervention,the total score of exercise attitude scale in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05),indicating that the students' willingness to actively participate in exercise was stronger than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusions:(1)from the performance of passing cushion in hard volleyball,there is little difference between the mixed teaching mode of air volleyball and hard volleyball and the conventional teaching mode.however,through the mixed teaching mode,students can have a certain understanding and mastery of gas volleyball skills.(2)there were significant improvements in behavior attitude,behavior cognition,behavior intention,emotional experience and behavior control in the experimental group.It shows that the new teaching model helps students to form a positive exercise attitude,so as to promote students' initiative in learning;through gas volleyball can well mobilize students' interest in learning.(3)the mixed teaching of gas volleyball and hard volleyball helps to improve the competition ability and field consciousness of volleyball beginners,more times of touching the ball and the number of rounds,and stronger technical ability and cognitive ability to the rules.(4)joining the study of air volleyball may have a negative transfer to the basic skills of hard volleyball passing and dribbling.Because of the great difference between gas volleyball and hard volleyball,the movement mode of students' cushion is not stable,and gas volleyball is lighter and not easy to pass the ball.(5)it is suggested that students' physical exercise attitude and learning enthusiasm should be improved through gas volleyball in hard volleyball teaching,and students' learning interest should be improved by activating classroom atmosphere through the mixed teaching mode of gas volleyball and hard volleyball.Beginners can make use of air volleyball to help students get started more easily and improve their competition consciousness and technical application ability when carrying out games or technical and tactical drills with a certain degree of difficulty.When carrying out technical exercises with the help of air volleyball,they should choose the right time to use it,especially in the period of skill learning or technical stabil.
