Design And Implementation Of Digital Archives Management System

As the precipitation and accumulation of history,archives can provide the most fundamental basis for human development.With the continuous renewal and development of modern technology,archive management gradually tends to be digitized and informatized.Currently,there are two main types of archives management:electronic archives and paper archives,However,most archive management storage modes remain in the traditional paper archive management form.In this paper,we researched on the archives management of a design institute and analyzed the requirements of its archives management mode.It is found that with the development of the institute's archives management business,the traditional paper archive management form,which includes storage,classification and management,makes the demand for physical storage space of archives become more and more tense.Meanwhile,the heavy files arrangement work not only brings inconvenience to the daily work of archives staff,but increases the workload of the archives managers imperceptibly,which does not substantially improve the utilization of archival data.Therefore,in order to solve such kind of problems,this paper designed a set of perfect digital archives management platform,which can not only facilitate the collection,storage,management and utilization of paper files and electronic files in the archives room,but also improve the utilization rate of archives in the research institute.Besides,by optimizing the archives retrieval algorithm,our platform will further enhance the utilization of institute's archives,further optimize the institute's archives management mode and liberate the archives managers from the heavy work.The innovation of this design are mainly divided into the following two aspects:(1)Full-text retrieval of archival information.By comparing the text similarity matching experiment of LSTM MP-CNN model,the MP-CNN model is selected to optimize the full-text search and improve the relevance of the search.In addition,by combining full-text indexing with database query technology,a one-stop full-text search portal is provided at the client,which provides users with efficient,fast and secure search services.(2)Each function was developed modularly.According to the overall requirements of the file management system,we have established eight functional modules,including user and organization structure management,classification management,data type management,authority management,process management,file management,thirdparty system integration,and file utilization.We also conducted functional tests and stress tests on each functional module.Meanwhile,the system also provides Internet micro-applications,which can be integrated with enterprise We Chat,including basic functions such as enterprise We Chat free login,online approval,and online file viewing.
