Design And Realization Of Enterprise Archives Management System Based On Web

The archives work in the enterprise develops to establish the archives management system and to realize electronic archives management, which stands as a necessary to improve archiving work and make a better use of the archives information as much as possible. In this paper, the author summarizes the demands on archives management by the enterprise in the information age, puts forward the content and objective of the research on archives management system of modern enterprise, and introduces a web-based enterprise archives management system designed by himself, which linked the knowledge of archives management, UML, Object Oriented Programming, large database management, Web service and the real need from enterprise. The major topics on research of the paper are as follows:1. Archives Encryption. It is a must to ensue the electronic documents safe in during the enterprise's archives management system, thus the paper illustrates the research on encryption technology to archives, English text and bilingual text (English/Chinese) respectively in line with the demand of enterprise's archives management in China.2. Archives Upload. Targeting to archives upload, the initial step of archives' management, the paper studied how to enhance archives' input and digitize the archives effectively by improving the way to obtain electronic documentation, say, adopting the scanner as the input device.3. Archives Retrieval. One of the objectives on archives management system is to provide the convenient and quick search to the users, so the paper combined the method and structure of pictures accessed in database to conduct a study on archives retrieval system tailored to the enterprise.4. Archives management system's design and realization. This paper introduces the design and realization of the web-based archives management system on the basis of putting the above-mentioned technologies into practice.The archives management system, till now, has been put into use in some middle and small scale industries such as Kunming Xinxing Foam Plastics factory. The sound operation of the system in the factory proved its success through improving the traditional archives management system's working mode, saving the human resource, increasing archives' utilization and enhancing archives management in the enterprise.
