Research On Agricultural Science And Technology Information Dissemination In Hebei Province

As a basic industry,the development degree of agriculture directly affects the rise and fall of the secondary and tertiary industries.At present,Chinese agriculture is in the transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.The biggest feature of modern agriculture is to make full use of modern agricultural science and technology,so as to increase agricultural production and farmers' income,which cannot be separated from the dissemination of agricultural science and technology information.Hebei Province,as a big agricultural province in China,is lagging behind in the dissemination of agricultural science and technology information,which seriously restricts the development of modern agriculture in Hebei Province.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the dissemination of agricultural science and technology information in Hebei Province.In this paper,the present situation and promotion measures of Agricultural Science and technology information dissemination in Hebei Province are studied by using Harold Lasswell SW mode of information dissemination,technology transmission and communication theory and participatory theory.According to the investigation on the current situation of agricultural science and technology information communication in Hebei Province,the main problems are that the government's leading role is not enough,the farmers' understanding of agricultural science and technology information communication is not in place,and the work efficiency of the communication organization is low.A comprehensive analysis of the research,practice and experience of Agricultural science and technology information dissemination at home and abroad shows that the dissemination of Agricultural science and technology information needs the policy support of local government,the continuous improvement of information dissemination system,the gradual improvement of farmers' science and technology cultural level and frequent and effective information interaction.Finally,in order to promote the dissemination of agricultural science and technology information in Hebei Province,this paper puts forward that farmers should be made to understand correctly the dissemination of agricultural scientific and technological information,also the government should play a leading role in and support for the dissemination of agricultural scientific and technological information,and the system of dissemination institutions should be improved.
