In view of the bottleneck process and high availability requirements of manufacturing system,studied the average control chart under the perfect maintenance and preventive maintenance of the integrated decision problem,specific include: the average quality for equipment defect in process drift of repairable system,considering the two kinds of system operation is controlled,out of control and control chart two kinds of error probability,the hypothesis of perfect service,built four system updates,and put forward a kind of unit time cost as constraint,the target of maximizing the availability of preventive maintenance and mean,the joint optimization model of control chart;For system to run the early abnormal probability is low,this phenomenon with delayed monitoring can considering economic constraints based on the pursuit of better system availability,therefore in four kinds of update without delay model based on the further is established considering the delays in monitoring and preventive maintenance and availability joint optimization model of control chart,will be based on availability of preventive maintenance and the control chart combined optimization problem by four update scenarios into six;Aiming at the production system with stable production process and small abnormal offset,a joint optimization model of control chart and preventive maintenance considering the warning line monitoring was built from the perspective of availability.By considering the warning line monitoring,the sensitivity of the control chart was improved,so as to timely detect system anomalies and improve the system availability.According to the established models,the application comparative analysis and parameter sensitivity analysis were carried out by experimental design method,and the significant relationship of model parameters,the influence of distributed parameters on the selection of delay monitoring strategy and the applicable situation of the warning line control chart were determined.This study provides a basic theory and method model for manufacturing enterprises with bottleneck processes and high availability requirements to further reduce the cost of equipment maintenance and integrated management of production process quality control.
