| In April 2018,the Ministry of Education issued the Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan,which pointed out the need to introduce a “Platform & Education”service mode in the educational field.At the same time,the Intelligent Education Innovation Development Initiative is one of the important measures of the plan,marks the educational field has begun to carry out the “Intelligentized Construction” process.Under this direction,it is imperative for universities to carry out informatization and datamation reforms in education and scientific research.The university library is the cultural center of the university,which should provide the strong support service to the teaching and research work of teachers and students.The construction of intelligent service mode in the view of educational big data is an opportunity for university library to innovate service mode and provide professional and personalized intelligent service to meet the diversified users' need.This paper makes the judgments on users' needs through the analysis of educational big data,collects the users' teaching,research,behavior information,and formulates the service plan based on above research.The intelligent service mode of university libraries has gradually changed to an active type in this context..The text of this paper consists of six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,which discusses the research background and research significance,elaborates the current research situation at home and abroad,and puts forward the innovation points of this paper.The concepts of educational big data,intelligence library,intelligence library service and intelligent service mode are involved in this paper.In the second chapter,the author investigates the present situation of the intelligent service in university libraries,makes a comprehensive investigation on the intelligent service in 42 double-first-class universities through the network survey research and analyzes the problems existing in the intelligent service of university library from six aspects:Intelligent scientific research service,intelligent space service,personalized reading recommendation service,consulting service,self-help service and equipment and teaching support.This paper finds out the advantages and disadvantages of the intelligent service of university library through a questionnaire survey on the demand and satisfaction degree of college students,the present situation of teaching support service and intelligence subject service and the teachers' views on these two services were also inquired.In the third chapter,the author makes a preliminary analysis of the intelligent service mode of university library in the view of educational big data,this paper expounds the goal and vision of constructing the intelligent service mode of university library integrated with educational big data,and analyzes the supporting function of educational big data to the intelligent service mode in the third chapter.The fourth chapter systematically elaborates how to construct the university library's intelligent service pattern under the educational big data field of vision,and construct the overall framework,which based on the early analysis of the third chapter.This paper analyzes the five components of smart service model,which are service sbject,service object,service content,infrastructure and service environment.According to the feedback of investigation,this paper puts forward the concrete application of educational big data in the intelligent service mode of university library from the practical point of view.In the fifth chapter,the author puts forward some suggestions on improving the data literacy of librarians,innovating the consulting service,strengthening the data exchange,enhancing the library space service and online service,and ensuring the data security.The sixth chapter is the conclusion part,the author summarizes this paper,and puts forward the deficiencies of this paper and prospects for follow-up research. |
