Research On The Countermeasures For The Construction Of Community Archives In County-level Cities In My Country

Community governance affects social stability to a large extent,and the construction of community archives is an important part of the governance of urban and rural communities,so the construction quality of community archives has a certain impact on the harmonious development of communities.Based on the urban and rural balanced development strategy and the regional balanced development policy,the main purpose of this article is to propose an optimized strategy for the construction of county-level city community archives that record the lives of grassroots groups.Through investigating the status quo of community archives construction in county-level cities,it is found that there are problems and deficiencies in the construction of county-level city community archives in terms of management personnel,management practices,archive resources,and archive information services.Learn from the experience of community archives construction at home and abroad,integrate sociology,archives,history and other theoretical knowledge to explore the optimization countermeasures of community archives construction in county-level cities,in order to expand social groups' understanding of community archives and increase the positive influence of community archives among residents Strength,show the value of county-level city community archives in social governance,and accelerate the comprehensive development of county-level cities.
