Research On The Influencing Factors Of Government Data Open Platform Utilization Based On TOE-TAM Model

As of October 2020,the number of data open platforms launched in my country has reached 142,and the total number of platforms has increased by nearly 40% over the same time period in 2019.The development of "open data,everything becomes a forest" my country's government data open platform has been continuously improved and progressed in recent years,and it can be said that the main tasks proposed in my country's big data outline have basically been completed.The research object of this paper is my country's government data open platform,which is mainly for analyzing and researching the utilization of government platform open.This article first summarizes and analyzes related theories,concepts and developments.Learn from the technology-organization-environment(TOE)model and the technology acceptance model(TAM)to build an innovative model that affects the use of open government data platforms,not only in terms of usefulness and ease of use,but also in terms of technology,organization,and environment Various factors,a more comprehensive analysis of the influencing factors that users experience when using the government data open platform,and strive to use a more comprehensive perspective to evaluate the factors affecting the use of the government data open platform.According to the TOE-TAM integration model,construct a research model that affects the use of government data open platforms,identify variables and propose hypotheses,and then collect data and analyze data information mainly in the form of questionnaires,interpret experimental results,and conduct tests at the same time,To verify the model,so as to complete the research purpose of this paper.Finally,it puts forward development countermeasures for the analysis results,provides reference for the construction of a unified open platform for government data in my country,and promotes research on the utilization effect of the open platform for government data in my country.I hope to provide relevant scholars with research directions and reference suggestions,so that the government data open platform can be better developed.
