In March 2018,the original Chinese classic competitive program National Music Ceremony came out.This is a cultural entertainment program with the theme of minority culture-National Instrumental Music.The innovation of the program is to make use of minority culture for mass communication.At present,China's entertainment shows emerge in an endless stream,and various types are everywhere.Under the background of entertainment and homogenization of entertainment programs,the National Music Ceremony just like a clear stream slowly flows into the market and break this embarrassing situation.With its rich connotation and content innovation,it sets an example for current TV entertainment programs and promotes the diversified development of cultural TV entertainment programs.To a certain extent,it fills the blank of the theme of today's TV entertainment programs and sets a new upsurge in the era full of entertainment.This paper has six parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the purpose and significance of the research,simply introduces the relevant content of the National Music Ceremony program and the communication of national instrumental music,and finds out the methods of how national instrumental music carry out innovative communication in the National Music Ceremony program.The second part elaborates the program procedure and main interpretation of the National Music Ceremony,briefly explains the broadcast time and competition rules of the program,and take the program theme as the starting point,using new media technology to promote the cultural communication of national instrumental music.National Music Ceremony presents the national instrumental music to the public 360 degrees,establishes the program orientation of "original + national instrumental music +appreciation + competition",and uses new media technology to package the program in all directions.In the third part,the innovation of the communication form of national instrumental music in the National Music Ceremony is describe in different sections,and express and expound the innovative communication of national instrumental music in five aspects:new theme,new communication mode,new narrative mode,new communication concept and new promotion method.The fourth part is based on the audience and describes the audience's use and satisfaction in the spread of national instrumental music in National Music Ceremony program.From the tangle of entertainment and professionalism,the need to respect the individual differences of the audience,to meet the needs of the audience to a certain extent,to enjoy the satisfaction of the pleasure of overlooking from the perspective of the audience,and to the final cultural change: the minority culture is on the public stage.This series of exposition is carried out from the point view of the audience.The fifth part is the content of innovative communication practice of national instrumental music.Take the wonderful performance of "King of Folk Music"-Pipa in National Music Ceremony as an example: first it describes the innovation road of Pipa from four strings to five strings;then it explains the playing techniques of five strings pipa to explain practice leads to true knowledge;finally,the center rises to national instrumental music in National Music Ceremony--the spirit and skill in the interpretation of Pipa works.Through the actual performance effect,the author compares the final practice and finds out the significance of innovative communication,and collides with the spark of innovation and practice.The sixth part reflects on the lack of innovative communication of national instrumental music of National Music Ceremony,and puts forward the way out for the future development of national instrumental music and relevant programs.Although the program of National Music Ceremony is successful,it also encounter the danger of bottleneck.In the progress of program broadcasting,it is worth thinking about how to balance the specialization and entertainment,whether the audience can accept the content with the theme of minority culture,and how to diversify the communication channels of the program.The National Music Ceremony program has won the public reputation and the screen rating reached the top with its own characteristics,and it still keeps its original intention when it is successful.
