With the continuous improvement of the integration of the three networks and the promotion of 5G commercial use,young people have gradually lost interest in TV and other PC terminals,and the advantages of the traditional radio and television industry have become increasingly weak.To enhance competitiveness,including Shandong,set up around the radio and television networks,and then will be gradually in Shandong province regional bureau of radio and television digital television broadcasting network branch business spun off,gradually into the TV and broadband business competition,but hard to fight all the time,around the branch company survival and competition.Based on this,this article through to the Shandong radio and television networks Leling branch current status as the breakthrough point,on the basis of theoretical analysis,external and internal environmental analysis,strategic choice,countermeasures and Suggestions of writing ideas,combining with the relevant theory,competitive strategy by analyzing Leling radio and television networks co.,LTD.,the macro environment,industry environment and its own internal operating conditions,expecting to clear the company advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats,through the SWOT analysis model to find suitable development strategy for the company.Through the research,it is found that the branch of Leling radio and television network is facing the same industry competition pressure from mobile and other competitors,as well as the constant invasion of video websites such as Tencent and iQIYI.Its relatively backward management,technology and relatively poor capital have brought great challenges to the survival and development of radio and television network companies.However,with the approval of 5G commercial license for network companies,the cooperation with state grid and other state-owned enterprises and the support of relevant national policies,many development opportunities have been brought.Based on the above analysis,this paper will determine that companies should achieve competitive advantage in local industry competition through differentiation strategy.Therefore,this paper will analyze political advantage,marketing,personnel team,corporate culture and other seven aspects,and put forward countermeasures and Suggestions,including product optimization,service optimization,classified marketing,and the establishment of differentiated service system.At the same time,this paper will also from the financial management,human resources management,technical innovation and other five aspects of the corresponding safeguard measures.Innovation of this article is based on the county level company in five years competition strategy analysis,this paper will focus on rural areas,in particular,will effectively and develop the company competitive strategy content at the county level in the province,the province other county-level radio and television networks company cope better with 5 g era of competition in the market,has the thought enlightenment and significance on management practices.
