Today,as the process of globalization continues to develop,new industries and new fields that are constantly emerging have suddenly increased the pressure of competition,and the demand for personal development is also becoming stronger.However,with the development of Internet technology,the momentum of information explosion has intensified,resulting in a large amount of inferior information flooding the cyberspace.The entertainment and homogeneity in the information environment have also increased the difficulty for people to obtain effective information,which has led to the continuous spread of knowledge anxiety in the social environment.In this context,the widespread cognitive surpluses in society have been brought together through the development of communication technology,providing a source of content for the online paid knowledge.In May 2016,Zhihu Live was officially launched and it took only a few years to develop into a leader in paid voice products.This study is divided into four parts.In the first chapter,the related concepts of online knowledge payment are defined,and the parties and their characteristics that constitute the online paid knowledge industry chain are described.The second chapter introduces the current status of Zhihu Live development,and analyzes and combs them from three angles of product characteristics,product chain and product impact.The third chapter analyzes and sorts out the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of products.The fourth chapter explores optimization strategies around products.In order to take advantage of products and seize opportunities,it is necessary to strengthen in-depth cooperation with content parties and provide rare knowledge.In order to overcome product disadvantages and avoid risks,measures such as innovative product forms and production diversified knowledge were proposed.This research hopes to help the development of online paid knowledge industry.
