L Company R & D Department PDM Application Research

In recent years,China has been vigorously advocating the development of electronic information industry,and introduced many related policies.The development of electronic information industry also reflects the level of science and technology in China to a certain extent.However,under the initiative of various measures,the number of new enterprises in the industry is increasing,and the original enterprises are also scrambling to increase their R&D investment,so as to improve their market competitiveness by shortening the product life cycle.However,in the face of complex market and enterprise scale,the internal management pressure increases,especially in the face of new product research and development,product data management is a major pain point.It can be seen that the information revolution has become a necessary and effective means for enterprises to take in the rapid development.PDM system is helpful for enterprises to optimize process management.All product-related information and related processes are concentrated on this information system to realize centralized product data management and serve the whole product life cycle.Therefore,based on the current problems in product data management of L company R&D department and the actual business needs of the enterprise,this study designed a PDM system scheme suitable for L company R&D department,planned the overall architecture and branch modules of L company R&D department 's PDM system,and introduced and described the whole process from planning to planning to implementation.Through the introduction of the PDM system in this study,from the design scheme to the implementation,and the introduction to company L R&D department,it is helpful to reduce the design loss,shorten the product research and development cycle,reduce the cost,and promote the launch of new products.At the same time,it also puts forward favorable Suggestions for the implementation of information construction in company L R&D department.
