Research And Application Of S Book Publishing House's ERP System Upgrading Plan

China's book publishing houses have introduced ERP systems since the 2000 s,but due to the small number of book publishing houses,the system's software providers are also few.Most publishing houses only purchased software and did not purchase postmaintenance services due to cost considerations.Software providers lacked funds to upgrade and maintain systems,resulting in poor application of ERP systems in the book publishing industry.S book publishing house purchased the ERP system in 2008,and there are common problems in the introduction of ERP in the publishing industry,which caused the system to fail to upgrade in time due to business changes and information technology development;It has also spawned new demands for data analysis and system security.In order to give full play to the role of the system,S book publishing house decided to upgrade the existing ERP system,so this article takes the S book publishing house as the research object to discuss the upgrade strategy of the ERP system of the book publishing house,mainly doing the following work:By investigating the application status of ERP system in S publishing house and combing the literature,it summarized the common problems in the implementation of ERP system,designed the questionnaire and revised and improved the questionnaire through expert consultation and questionnaire test methods.On this basis,the data is distributed and collected,and the collected data is analyzed to using statistical analysis,cross-analysis and word cloud maps.The eight problems in the existing ERP system of S publishing house is summarized,and the needs for system upgrade and reconstruction are put forward.In response to the system upgrade requirements obtained by the survey,three solutions to the current needs are proposed: upgrading on the original ERP system;selecting the internationally most used ERP system-SAP to replace the existing system;selecting the Yunzhang ERP,which is specifically aimed at publishing houses,replaces the existing system.The upgrading decision index of an ERP system is constructed,and then an upgrade decision model is established to analyze the preliminary upgrade plan.The results show that upgrading on the original ERP system is currently the best upgrade plan for S book publishing house.Systematically designed the current upgrade scheme of the ERP system of the S publishing house: the upgrade of each business function module of the system,adding budget management,data management,process management and problem feedback modules.It also proposes an upgrade scheme for the current ERP system with poor stability,inaccurate basic data,and inability to cross regions and platforms.From the four aspects of project overall planning,organization management,plan management and cost management,an implementation management plan for the upgrade project was formulated,and a preliminary evaluation of the upgraded ERP system was carried out.This article also proposes three long-term ERP system upgrade schemes:repurchasing yongyou's software services;choosing SAP system to replace the existing ERP system;choosing cloud ERP system to complete the effective management of S company.
