Frame Contrast Of "A Community With A Shared Future" Topic News Report ——Taking People's Daily And The New York Times As An Example

As a new concept repeatedly emphasized by the Chinese government,the "community of shared future of mankind" provides Chinese views and viewpoints on global governance.However,in the process of its external communication,due to the differential interpretation of the concept by western countries,it challenges the diplomatic concept put forward by China,which hinders its wide spread in the international community.Through the analysis and comparison of relevant reports in People's Daily and New York times,this paper explores the composition of the cognitive framework of the concept,and draws conclusions from it about the obstacles faced by the current spread of the concept in foreign countries,and provides countermeasures and Suggestions.Said based on three layers framework as the theoretical basis,the combination of qualitative and quantitative ways,a total of screening,the People's Daily,the New York times in September 2017 to September 2019,a total of 100 reports from the framework of high,medium and low three levels on the contrast,specific reports from reports quantity,subject,title,report form,content,report tendency,sources,language rhetoric the eight aspects in-depth analysis,finally it is concluded that the two media in human destiny community coverage,grasps the cognitive framework.The research results show that in the reports related to the concept,the two sides have significant differences in the frame structure.The People's Daily takes "definition and interpretation,cooperation and win-win" as the news framework,while the New York times takes "conflict and contradiction,prejudice and doubt" as the news framework.It is concluded that the current external communication of the concept still faces four obstacles,namely,science,culture,media and politics,which are manifested in abstract interpretation affecting the interpretation of the concept,misinterpretation hindering communication and communication,multiple factors restricting the communication effect,and interest conflicts weakening the identity foundation.Therefore,this paper provides promotion strategies and Suggestions from three aspects,and holds that in the external communication of this concept,it is necessary to deepen the concept recognition with the support of academic theory,promote the emotional awakening by seeking common ground while putting aside differences,and enhance the communication effect with media innovation.The above research provides reference for the concept of "community of Shared future for mankind" and contributes academic experience to tell a good story about China,so as to let the world know more about China and really promote the wide recognition of this concept in the world.
