According to the latest “China Internet network development state statistics report”,the number of mobile Internet users in China has reached 778 million.The smart devices centered on mobile phones are constantly merging with the needs of people's consumption,medical care and learning.In the field of education,the GDP of the state's fiscal education expenditure has been more than 4% for six consecutive years and continues to increase.The emergence of mobile education has deepened the development of universal education and life-long education,and solved the problem of imbalance in the development of educational resources in China to some extent.In recent years,the rapid development of various types of mobile education APP has made it a new way for people's mobile learning.Meanwhile,the more choices people have,the higher demands they have.This paper takes college students as an example to explore the factors influencing user's satisfaction with words APP,and provides reference for the improvement of English words APP.This paper takes the Expectation Confirmation Theory and the Technology Acceptance Model as the theoretical basis,and selects the representative words APP to constructs the user satisfaction model of English words APP.The paper summarizes and analyzes the related concepts of mobile education and user satisfaction at first,and introduces the Expectation Confirmation Theory and the Technology Acceptance Model in detail to understand the service of English words APP,and provide theoretical basis for the later analysis chapters.And to construct the theoretical model of this research on this basis.Then it analyzes the key factors affecting the user's satisfaction with the English words APP,and puts forward the assumption of user's satisfaction with the English words APP,and designs the questionnaire and then give out it online.According to the data collected by the questionnaire,it provides a data foundation for the analysis.And determines the final scale by analyzing the small sample.Descriptive statistical analysis,questionnaire quality assessment and structural equation model testing were performed on the data obtained from the formal questionnaire.Finally,the conclusion of this study is drawn:expectation confirmation positively affects perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,perceived enjoyment,perceived privacy and user satisfaction;perceived ease of use positively affects perceived usefulness;perceived enjoyment positively affectsuser satisfaction;perceived privacy positively affects user satisfaction;perceived ease of use has no significant impact on user satisfaction;perceived usefulness has little effect on user satisfaction.Besides,this paper conducts multifactor analysis of variance on the collected data.The results show that the different duration of people's use with the English words APP,the different extent of people's satisfaction.Users who have used the APP for more than three years are the focus of the English words APP,and should consider the appeal of such user groups in greater depth.In this paper,the research provides a clearer idea and reference for other scholars to study mobile education APP.In practice,it has certain exploratory research value for guiding users to choose English words APP and to improve the service of words APP.
