As the increasing development of mobile technology and the Internet,people are getting accustomed to reading on mobiles.Because it's fast,convenient and can be accessed at anytime and anywhere,the mobile library has been widely applied.In recent years,study on mobile library and user satisfaction was gradually got the attention,but is still in the preliminary exploration stage,and especially the study on factors affecting user satisfaction is rare.The improvement of user satisfaction is always a popular concerned issue in the library and other industries,but in the field of mobile library,both the theory and model are not yet mature,and ignore the important influence of use emotion.Therefore,in order to gain a more comprehensive understanding of user experience,and to evaluate the user satisfaction,based on user evaluation to mobile library,this thesis evaluates user emotion and other factors affecting user satisfaction,and does detailed studies on user satisfaction to meet user expectation,enhance user satisfaction and provide better service.Through literature research,combined with the function and characteristics of the service that mobile library provides,this thesis from the user emotion divided into before use emotion and after use emotion,identifies and examines the influence factors of user satisfaction,perceived quality and perceived value,constructs a user satisfaction model for mobile library,and puts forward the research hypothesis.On the other hand,initial questionnaires formatted according to the initial sale has been used to,which have been filled by selected senior users who use mobile library every day and have been using for more than 6 months in Jiangsu province are used to test and modify the scale.After item analysis,validity and reliability test,the difference between the positive and negative emotion is canceled.At last the formal scale,containing 5 aspects,15 level and 17 items,is formed.The formal scale is used to compile formal questionnaire and then advanced users who use at least 2 times per week and have been using for over 6 months from 211 and 985 universities are selected to test model and hypothesis.On the basis of the results,this thesis discusses the effect path and coefficient on mobile library resulted by the use emotion.This thesis finds that user emotion before use and after use has a direct positive influence on user satisfaction,and an indirect positive influence on it through perceived quality and perceived value.The recommendations to enhance user satisfaction presented in this thesis include three aspects.First,how to improve user emotion before use,major methods are to pay attention to propaganda,help user take the first step,carry out emotional interaction activities,improve web design,provide clear and interesting feedback,consider the influences such as environmental factors to users,enhance the ease of use of mobile library in different occasions,hide unnecessary information,and design the search session immersed.Second,how to improve use emotion after use,detailed measures are to establish the use rank,score and badges,take effective use of status quo bias,show the interesting challenge;simplify the task,guiding users,focus the differences among groups,promote the user interaction into the flow state;provide accurate and surprise services,reward user loyalty,improve the degree of friendly interface.Third,how to improve user perceived quality and perceived value,specific approaches are to stimulate use emotion,improve service quality and expand services,support query by voice and map,provide library space resource reservation,absorb the essence of other platforms;pay attention to the page setup,provide specific suggestion,reasonable friendly fault-tolerant mechanism and security privacy policies;encourage users to participate social networking,support online and offline communication,provide personalized service,training user's social identify;pay attention to detail design,provide instant feedback,balance challenge with the user skills,focus on user's self-expression.
