Teacher's professional quality is the comprehensive quality of the profession shown in the teaching activities of teachers,including knowledge quality,ability quality,affection quality and so on.The development of teacher's professional quality can not only improve the quality of classroom teaching,but also promote the sustainable development of education.Research on the professional quality of rural primary school Chinese teachers is the key to the development of rural education,and the quality of teachers will be greatly improved.In this paper,the quality of teachers in 18 rural education schools in Ningxiang city was investigated through questionnaires,with professional affection literacy,professional competence literacy and professional knowledge literacy as the main investigation direction,and the results were analyzed in combination with supplementary interviews.Through empirical investigation,it is found that the following problems exist in the professional quality of Chinese teachers in rural primary schools in Ningxiang City: First,ningxiang city developing unbalance of rural primary school Chinese teachers' professional knowledge attainment,embodied in the education theory knowledge and scientific and cultural knowledge lacking,don't know much about the knowledge of the basic education course reform,less concerned about the latest development of Chinese subject and novice teachers' professional knowledge quality relatively weak these aspects.Secondly,Ningxiang rural primary school Chinese teachers lack professional competence,which is manifested in the following aspects: teachers' teaching practice ability is weak;Teachers lack of communication and communication skills;The teaching reflection ability of teachers is insufficient;The educational and scientific research ability of teachers needs to be strengthened.The educational management ability of teachers needs to be improved.Thirdly,Ningxiang rural primary school Chinese teachers' professional affection accomplishment is at a low point,which is manifested in the following three aspects: teachers lack professional ideal;Teachers have the phenomenon of job burnout;Teachers are not good at regulating their emotions.Teachers' professional quality is not fixed,it is constantly developing and changing,so its influencing factors are various.Based on the results of questionnaire and interview and the current situation of rural education,this study analyzes the influencing factors.First,the rural primary school Chinese teachers lack the concept of continuing to study,teachers' professional independent development consciousness is weak,their education and teaching concept is difficult to change,active scientific research consciousness is not strong enough.Second,schools and education departments fail to provide strong support,lack of professional guidance and professional development space,rural primary school culture and organization is not sound,education and training lack of targeted.In view of the current situation of Chinese teachers' professional quality in rural primary schools,this paper puts forward some pertinent suggestions from three aspects:teachers,schools and society.First of all,teachers should seek self-development in practice,enhance the consciousness of professional development,change the inherent ideas,effectively use the free time,carry out reflective teaching;Secondly,schools should create a good atmosphere for Chinese teachers,enhance teachers' professional guidance,give teachers development space,improve the teacher evaluation system,develop the culture of rural primary schools,and establish a learning community for teachers.Finally,the society should provide guarantee for the professional development of Chinese teachers,improve the training and evaluation system,and optimize the working environment of teachers.
