For 100 years,education is Ben.Education depends on the teacher.Teachers'professional knowledge and professional ability level directly affects the quality of teaching,for students' learning ability,learning level,knowledge acquisition and learning quality will produce significant influence.Under the state council in 2003,the work to further strengthen rural education decision,put forward to strengthen the rural teacher education training work,is the key to China's education,is the construction of new countryside,a key step of the new civilization.Thus,the importance of the country to rural education.Primary school Chinese is all education stage,the root of all disciplines disciplines,primary school Chinese teachers to give students in Chinese literature,the education of Chinese culture transmission,enable students to master the ability of reading comprehension,and ability to lay the foundation for other disciplines.This requires that primary school Chinese teachers need to have a certain professional knowledge and professional ability,to innovate the teaching methods and teaching means,provide students with rich interesting teaching content,so that students improve learning interest and learning,for the cultivation of the quality and ability of Chinese and other discipline education will have a great significance.To sum up,the rural primary school Chinese teachers' professional knowledge and ability level of study for rural education,primary education and language discipline education have meaning,and the current domestic research focused on the high school teachers,and focused on the ethnic minority areas in recent years,special subjects,such as chemical,biological,physical,geography)professional knowledge and ability of investigation and analysis,for the rural primary school Chinese teachers' research is relatively scarce,the latest research in 2008,is not conducive to guide the current status of rural primary school Chinese teachers'professional knowledge and ability development.So in this background,this article through to the county agriculture three elementary school language teacher and student's investigation and study,through the literature material law,questionnaire survey method and interview method,understand the current university teachers'professional development,analyses the existing problems and reasons,and put forward countermeasures according to the theoretical and practical needs,promote rural primary school Chinese teachers' professional knowledge and ability of research development.The introduction part will summarize the research background,significance,purpose,thinking and related research at home and abroad.The second chapter summarizes the related concepts and professional knowledge of education from the theoretical knowledge level.The third chapter studies the Chinese teachers and students in the three primary schools in NA county,and makes clear the current situation of their professional knowledge and professional competence.The fourth chapter is based on the analysis of the results of the third chapter to understand the current problems of teachers' professional knowledge and ability.Finally,in chapter 5,the author proposes solutions and Suggestions.
